I use Prescription Pest Control often for the HOA's that I manage. They are knowledgeable, punctual and great with coordinating efforts with the homeowners. Denise from RX Pest is such a pleasure to work with. I love the fact that when I call RX Pest I know they will get the job done and it will be done right. I have used them for multiple projects including rodent extraction, ants and termites. They are very thorough in their inspections and are great at finding rodent entry points. I highly recommend them if you are having pest issues.

Terrible place to be employed! Let’s see where do I start? First and foremost the owner of the company has zero leadership skills and an ego the size of Texas, for owning a small business with virtually no employees. My first day working I was battling a sinus infection and he had an attitude because of an appointment. Mind you I was unable to breathe the night before. His idea of training is belittling you in front of customers, telling you to shut up or stop talking, farting around you or spitting tobacco in customer’s yards. As a manager he is clueless in regards to labels on chemicals...they can change! I was yelled at for spraying insects according to the label because he decided that’s not what he wants. Icing on the cake is you can expect to do termite, rodent, pest all for 1000 every two weeks. There is no set route so enjoy driving all over Austin because the office will not set up certain days where you can only be north, south, west etc. This company really needs a course on management and how to treat others. If your standards are so high that no one else can fulfill them or “teaching” irritates you so much why bother having employees?! This is a job I would recommend temporarily until something better comes along.
