I tried to go without pest control when I first moved into my house because that's just not a thing where I'm from. I made it about 3 months until my husband saw our first HHUUUUGGE scorpion at the top of our stairs. Took about 45 minutes before we got the courage and luck to catch him and flush him down the toilet. Sadly. I'm not big on killing insects and bugs so I'm glad we decided to give into pest control to deter them from death to begin with. We went with Nature's Own Pest Control because that's what our neighbor was using and I like the fact that they are a local business. They're great. They are communicative, come every other month, and are well worth the low price they charge. I haven't seen ANY bugs inside.. and the ones I've seen outside are dead. I'm very happy with their services and SO grateful that I will never have to even SEE a scorpion ever again. I highly recommend Nature's Own. They'll even come at the drop of a hat... or the sight of a bug.. if you need them to.

Absolutely no stars. However, this review will not post without the star. Not professional in my eyes and not very experienced in the exterminating business. I was lied to on the phone when I contracted with them for emergency service and shame on me for believing them. The price changed and the scope of treatment changed, after I had signed their agreement. Beware, I had to pay them up front instead of after the job was done. And when I tried to cancel, I was never able to get the owner on the phone. I later called a reputable exterminator and found out how thorough and professional this company was not.

As a landlord pest control can be a very expensive nuisance. Hiring Nature's own pest control was a no brainer for me! Juan came by last Monday to respond to a live capture call for a Raccoon pair that was determined to get into my attic. I reckon the cold weather drove them to gnaw through roof shingles and planks. The evidence was in the pink insulation filaments on the ground. I caught them in a bright spotlight jumping off the corner of my roof. Natures Own provided two different size traps. The larger trap caught a raccoon. Juan came out this past Monday to remove "Rocky" the raccoon. Juan was sure about his business and the raccoon responded likewise. Rocky settled down. Juan was compassionate and gentle with the critter. Although the pair of varmints have CO$T me close to a grand in roof repairs, tree trimming and the like I wanted to be sure the critters were treated with care. We are all residents on Planet Earth. Juan took care of Rocky and came back a couple days later to pick up a skunk,Pepé Le Pew. I look forward to completing this animal saga with the help of Mr. Jiminez and the Natures Own team. Matt came out and did rat trapping, mosquito spray, interior and exterior bug service. He was so nice and came out several times, to check on the rat traps. I have to say it was a very straightforward rodent service - He didn't try to upsell me on special programs, contracts, guarantees, or repeat service. The price was the price, he caught the rat, came back and made sure there no more, and took care of it. I have heard terrible stories from people with rat phobias who were the victim of scare tactics and ended up signing up for unnecessary programs with ridiculous fees. Our yard has been mosquito free since Nature's Own started treatments and my kids are enjoying the yard now.

Not happy at all with the way things went at all. Had Natures Own come out to inspect and do a chimney sweep to the tune of $120. After inspection and sweep was done it was found I needed some other work. The thing is I want and need the work done but don't want to be taken advantage of. No one followed up with me as I asked the tech to have someone call me. I am in the service industry myself and customer service is everything to build a business. When I charge to check out something and the customer wants to have the work done I apply the checkout charge to the repair. I do not charge check out and turn around and charge full cost of the repair. Not a happy customer.

We wanted to make sure everything was gone from inside the walls for peace of mind because the property had a lot of cracks and crevices in its raw state. The heat treatment did not damage the new hardwood floors I had installed, which can happen with a less talented technician. I should have read the other reviews before hiring this company! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First, they didn't show up during the scheduled appointment. I left work to be there during the arrival window, but nobody showed up. I called the next day and they said they had to fire the guy who was supposed to show up. After rescheduling the appointment, they called on the day of my new appointment to say the lawn aerator was broken so they needed to reschedule again. When the guys finally showed up to aerate my lawn, they did less than 10% of the lawn but took 100% of my money! Now customer service will not answer the phone and I am trying to figure out how to get my money back from this crooked company. RUN AWAY and find another lawn service company!!!!

From day one Josh has been so conscientious about his job that he has has felt like family to us. He solved a huge ant problem that we had in our new house that apparently came with the mulch and seemed to be every where. Jason was great!! I was having a MAJOR ant infestation with all of the rain storms. We'd had terminex come out to try and spray the week before but they were useless - they sprayed the garage but basically said there was nothing else they could do and we'd have to wait for the rain to calm down... a few days after they came I woke up to hundreds of ants in my kitchen. I then called Nature's Own Pest was so nice on the phone and helped find me an appointment time Jason came, was very professional and thorough, and spent an hour going through the entire inside of our house to gel bait all possible areas of access. The ants were all dead within a few days and best of all, the gel doesn't give off any toxic odors so it's safe inside the home. You could tell Jason really cared about finding a solution to our ant issue, especially a safe and non-toxic one given that I'm pregnant. I loved them so much I'm having them quote out our HOA services so we can move everything over to them from Terminex in the future.

It’s great to feel safe walking outside again! My puppies are happier and free to roam the yard! Our new found peace of mind has been everything! We are very relieved we can be out on our newly- built deck without being driven inside by ticks and mosquitoes. My wife would have bugs bites all over her and she was bitten twice by ticks resulting in Doctor visits and antibotics. Haven't had any trouble since nature's own treat our deck and yard.

This week we had natures own clean our chimney but unfortunately the filter on the vacuum was not secure so all the dust and soot went into a cloud in the living room. Before I could say anything the manager that was with him contacted the main office and made sure that there was no payment. Additionally they got a cleaning crew to come and take care of the mess. Accidents happen but the response to that accident is what makes or breaks a company and it really made it for me. Only gave them 5 stars as their system doesn’t always give us enough warnings when we are getting our recurring service done but they do come back to finish the job inside as we are not home if we don’t have enough notice.

They seemed to have done a good job since we don't see any bug issues and the guy that came out was very nice and did his job. We had a couple of wasp nest to knock down and a couple of spiders around. We also hired them to come out on a routine plan also since Texas seems to always have bugs.

My issue is with management. I called and scheduled an appointment about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I received a call three days before my appointment stating they no longer service my area. I feel that if they are no longer going to service an area, the best practice would be to honor the commitments they have already made instead of canceling appointments. Then, no longer schedule appointments for the area.

This company did not earn the 4.7 star rating with my service that Google has them in. They claim to be making changes which is why they are having to come out for a THIRD time to perform a very basic service on my house that you would expect from a pest control company which includes sweeping for spider webs and mud daubers. After I called to let them know about the issues I am still having at my house the manager came on the phone unexpectedly and rudely said "yeah what can I do for you" when I didn't even ask to speak to him. Be prepared to pay more for any other service you may need such as rodents or ants. Not to mention they ask/beg for a good review on Google so most of these are bogus reviews. I do not recommend them at all!

I just received an invoice from Nature's Own Chimney Repair for work that was done in November with a threat that they would charge me interest if I did not pay in 30 days. There was a text, call and email the same day. I tried to speak with the manager as the bill was for cleaning and inspection of which did NOT happen. I had them out to give me a bid on what it would take to repair the fireplace and not only were they so late, they finally called and cancelled. Then rescheduled and were two hours late showing up. Then they inspected and gave me a bid to repair of which I agreed to and scheduled a day for them to return and repair. Upon their return they looked at the chimney and doubled the initial bid. i told them that was not what I agreed to. Not only did they leave without giving me an invoice but left my fireplace in a mess. I asked them to send me pictures of why the price had changed so I could do some comparisons with other companies. I never received the information. I am sending them a check for $81.19 for what they say is inspection/cleaning. I asked to speak to a manager and the receptionist said they were not allowed to let customers speak to supervisor or manager. So to say I would NOT recommend this company is an understatement.

Fantastic service, value, and response time. came out and sprayed every room and the garage. Knocked down some wasps nest in the backyard and treated the outside perimeter. A few days ago I called and made an appointment for today with Amy. I tried to call last night to verify the time and left a message. They didn't call me back this morning. So I called them, and the "customer service" representative put me on hold to check for my appointment. She was perfectly nice, but she never got back to me. I tried calling back and was on hold waiting for the next customer service representative until it automatically sent me to voicemail. So this afternoon I called again. After waiting for a while someone answered. She did her best to find my appointment, but apparently they never set one up. As she was about to see if a technician could come see me today, my son began crying. I asked if she could wait while I attended to him. She said she would. When I got back to my phone a couple minutes later, she had hung up. I'm calling another company. I had high hopes. They have good reviews. But they really failed me when I needed them to get rid of fleas in my back yard.

I’ve been using Nature’s Own for quarterly pest control for around a year or so now. I like that the essential oil-based products they use are safe for my family and pets. Not to mention my house smells LOVELY after they spray! I was about a week away from my next quarterly spray when, in a 24hr period, I saw 4 big, black cockroaches! EW! I also had several infestations of ants that seemed to be climbing the exterior walls of my home and burrowing into the walls. I called Nature’s Own and told them of my creepy crawlers, and they quickly got my quarterly visit rescheduled for the very next day after my call! Dustin arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. He took care of my exterior ant problem, interior cockroach problem, and gave me a heads up about a few things to be aware of - such as, taking care when opening new bags of mulch, as store bought mulch can be a source of carpenter ant and termites! NO STAR AT ALL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUG SERVICE. The only thing they did when they came out for a full service plus an upcharge of $99 when they got there because the ants I had were not the ants they covered in their normal package was kill the ants I SHOWED THE GUY. Nothing else was sprayed or treated. When I called they said they couldn't schedule anyone out until 4-5 days when the treatment would start working BUT ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS and I have all kinds of creatures coming into my home and in my backyard. Maybe the guy sprayed food for them because it makes NO SENSE AT ALL. Then they were going to get someone else out to do the ACTUAL JOB about a week ago and till this day no one has showed up, called, or emailed. Thankfully I did not pay upfront, and will not be paying for that service. This company has to have bought all these great reviews because they are worthless.

Nature's Own Pest & Lawn Services Your employee stole $1600 cash from our chest of drawers when spraying our new home. You fired him but didn't give us our money back. The sheriff's office investigated, but your employee was long gone and could not be questioned. The sheriff told me unless the company pays you through insurance, you will never see your money again. I am willing to do a polygraph test for your company to prove that I am telling the truth. You should have the integrity to take care of your customers. What's the point of saying that you are bonded and have insurance in your business? I feel violated a second time. First by the employee that took cash from my chest of drawers and second from the company that won't stand by the customer. When I spoke with you on the phone last week you asked me why I was still upset over this incident. When you allow a person into your home you are trusting that company. I trusted that you hired trusting employees. That person stole our vacation money. We never took that vacation. I worked hard that summer earning that money and you are not willing to own up to your responsibility. Shame on you! Once again Senior citizens taken advantage of.
