From start to finish I’m impressed with their customer service. Making an appointment was seamless, and our account manager, Cole, is definitely well-versed about their products. I had to reschedule our original appointment, and our technician, Christopher, was totally understanding. He was prompt to call me an hour before he was to come and when I could not keep the appointment, he made sure we were his first stop the next day. I appreciate his advice to keep our house up to snuff (keeping soil levels low, sealing any openings to the inside, etc) and bugs and critters out! I just had Cole come out and, while it will take some time to see how the treatment works, I cannot say enough good things about the experience. First. Natran was timely on responding to my request for info, they explained what they'll be putting down, they worked me into their schedule in 1 day and made accommodations for my time schedule today. Cole was very courteous and professional and didnt even bat an eye(or ogle) at the fact that I had to nurse my newborn while he was here. They are little on the pricey side, but for all natural pest control, and that level of service, I'll pay it. They're also a locally owned and operated company which was a important for me as well. Will update when I see how the product works!

Natran Green Pest Control saved our home from being taken over by carpenter ants. As soon as I noticed we had ants entering our home (it was literally an over night infestation), I called Kelsie Wilkins and described the ants and where they were, and she knew exactly the type of ants they were and was able to get a technician out the NEXT DAY. BEWARE! I was referred by a neighbor last week, so I called to get a quote. It seemed reasonable, so I told my sister who lives 2 streets over in the same exact floor plan as me. We were quoted two totally different prices. The girl that helped us was rude and spoke very unprofessionally. I spoke to the person who referred me and she told me that she had several issues with them over charging her account and was canceling due to the decline in service. Her price is very high and the products are not very efficient. It seems like they quote different prices just pulled from the sky. I found another green company with better prices and service. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Micah and Ken came out today for our initial treatment. We run a non profit providing new shoes to kids in need. Green & Safe was very important to us as we have several thousand pairs of kids shoes on hand at any given time. The guys were great. Ken was quick but thorough. We have a 7,000 square foot commercial building on two acres. Ken sprayed inside and out, installed rodent stations, applied granules outside to prevent creepy crawly's from coming in, applied granules to the fire ant beds, and installed the new mosquito traps. After I left this review I was then called by a male who was also rude and wanted to explain to me that if a conventional product from any company was ever used they would never be able to come to the same property. If that's true then how do they ever go to older properties. Natran please do not contact me again.
