DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had them spray our home for gnats 3 times, wasted several hundred dollars, and the problem still exists. Their supervisor blamed it on "heavy landscaping". Use a national pest control company instead - don't waste your money.

Great customer service. I called because of a bee swarm outside of my front door and they had someone at my house almost immediately. I know that’s not always possible but I appreciated the service and work ethic as I’m sure everyone wants to start their weekend on a Friday afternoon. I mirror the last comment.. They treated my house less than a week ago. Now there are Wasp nest forming on my patio. I called and told them what happen and they said we can go back out but they will charge me more money? I thought I was on a quarterly plan? Obviously what they are using is not working if bugs, Wasps ect are building nests a couple days after treatment. Service has really dropped and now I am dropping them too. There were no wasps, after treatment, the wasps show up. If I am on a plan they should guarantee there work period.

Please note the positive reviews were from years ago! I am very disappointed on how far in quality the company has dropped over a short period of time. Within days of spraying I am getting more pests in my condo and they will not come respray due to not having emptied the pantries. I called beforehand to ask what needed to be done and was told to clean and make sure there was nothing against the baseboards. Not once did they mention the cabinet or pantry until the sprayer arrived which was too late for me to empty. In addition, I received a small discount ($20) because I was surprised by the price. The manager Casey told me as a negotiation tactic for me to receive another service that the discount came out of the technician's pay. The do not even care about their employees. She is rude and a poor manager. Please beware of this company. They do not care about you, your service, or their technicians. I am sorry to hear about how far this company has fallen. It used to be the best service and now they don't care about the customer.

Best experience I've had with a pest control company!! Man(Rich) that came out to spray my house was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me in different bugs/pest and tips on how to handle them. He tool his shoes off at the door which was very thoughtful because we had just had carpets cleaned. I will definitely use them for all my pest problems and routine maintenance for keeping bugs away!! So glad I went with them.

After 3 days of trying to get Orkin out to treat my home after a nasty ant problem, I gave up and called Mike's Pest Control. I was in desperate need for treatment as the ants were attacking my family as we slept. My poor daughter was covered in welps from the bites, and Orkin couldn't have cared less. Mike's, however, upon learning of my daughter's bites was literally out WITHIN THE HOUR and this is not an exaggeration. They were phenomenal, and the results were instantaneous. Theres truly no reason to ever call anyone else - these guys are the best.

Called last week, for my parents, and explained their problem with rodents they were having, as a concerned daughter for my aging parents, I worry so much about them!!!, that when a company comes out to take care of problems for them, I want them to be treated as though, they were their own parents, when I can not be there, I was assured they would do so. Well they came out today, spoke with my Dad, he said the tech. spent over an hour with him explaining and also fixing the problem the same day, which I thought they would have to give estimate, and then come back out, but NO, done same day, did a excellent job!, and just makes me feel so at ease, they can be trusted to do such a fine job, will use them again, and will recommend anyone to do so, Thank you guys so much, you made my day!!!

I called about carpenter ants and got an appointment for the next day. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and personable, he examined the exterior of my house and put out bait for the ants. He told me to wait 3 days and if they were still around, to call them and they would come out and treat again at no additional cost. Within about 12 hours I have only seen ONE! Very pleased with their service.
