We bought a new house about a year ago and love it but couldn't enjoy the back yard because all of the mosquitos. We tried every spray, bomb, candle and home made remedy we could think of (Pinion Pine in the chimonia, etc...) but nothing worked. We called MCS and they had someone out the next day with a quote and plan. I can say without a doubt it was the best thing we ever did for our outdoor enjoyment. We now can be outside at any time and for as long as we like and we simply have no pest of any kind...could not recommend it any higher.

If you haven’t already called MCS to take care of your mosquito issues, stop everything and do it now! I have been a client for 7 years and prior to their expertise, I couldn’t spend any time at all in my back yard due to the mosquitos. I have such a fun back yard space, but it is surrounded by trees, and it is usually very still, therefore the mosquitos took over. The MCS team always responds within a few hours if I have any equipment issues or if I need any extra service. I love their team almost as much as I love not having mosquitos! Call them, you will NOT regret it.

My review is early and is based on great customer servic. These guys know what they are doing and the installation went better than expected. The gentlemen walked me through everything. Since my equipment was installed yesterday I am yet to see how well it works with the Mosquitoes. I will be writing another review once Mosquitos are out and see how well this works.

I am disappointed in the installation team of MCS. They showed up unprepared and charged us to come back out to install what they initially left at their shop (I'm still attempting to dispute this). This was following an initial visit to our home in which a bid was made therefore they should have known what to bring. Also, during most of the installation they needed my husbands guidance. They knocked on our door multiple times and had him digging for parts in our garage. I suppose we are lucky that my husband is a handyman and was home that day... On the other hand the Salesman is very nice and we do like the system for mosquito control.

We've had this system for years now and count ourselves lucky! It is working fabulously! The weekend before that brush collection week the whole family was out for hours trimming tree limbs, bushes, ground cover, etc, and not one of us got a mosquito bite. Not one. Amazing! Usually we’d be swarmed, or have to dose up on repellent, but the mosquitoes would still buzz us with the repellent. I highly recommend!

We've had our system for 2.5 years - and it's by far the best investment I've made in my Backyard. Our home is on Shoal Creek - which is basically mosquito cochella. MCS promised a significant reduction in mosquitos due to our proximity to the creek (completely eliminating would be impossible) - and it does exactly what they said it would. I'll see one or two outside in the wet season, but by far it gave us the ability to enjoy the backyard - where we wouldn't have dared venture out to prior to the install.

MCS helped me take back my yard! Without the system, i'd step outside for 1 minute and there would be a cloud of mosquitoes following me everywhere. If the door to the outside was open for even just one second, there would be dozens inside. The system has really made a difference. Now, the timer is set to go off at night, and it kills any new ones that hatch every day. Cannot say enough good things about how important a system from MCS is if you want to enjoy the outdoors in Austin, TX.

Highly recommended if you cant enjoy your yard due to mosquito's. My yard was torture for much of the year, uninhabitable. The system nearly completely eliminated any mosquito's from my yard and even my next door neighbors could tell the difference in the density of mosquito's in their yards. MCS has done a great job monitoring and filling the system on there annual schedule, including shutting the system down and inspecting and starting up the system when mosquito season starts and ends. Quick response when occasion repairs where necessary. I have been a costumer for at least 7 years.

Pretty poor all around. Expensive to install and then had minimum impact on the mosquitos. Pipes were not even buried correctly which led to the yard guys cutting through them. The chemicals used in the spray also corroded the wooden fence around each nozzle & killed the surrounding grass. Wish I had never spent the money with MCS.

The system is relatively effective but their maintenance program is not. During my 2nd session, they started charging me extra labor charges on top of the normal maintenance charge claiming they had to fix various things each time that were not covered. Each time it amounted to $250. That cost is just not sustainable. They made no effort to accommodate and so I canceled service. You can buy the same chemicals at half the cost on Amazon.

We have used this service for a number of years and are very happy with the company. Our yard has a pond and lots of vegetation. Before we got the system, no one could be outside to enjoy the patio due to the mosquitoes. Even with lots of rain there are very few mosquitoes. If we need it, we can do a quick spray right before we go outside. Update 2019 We continue to be happy with our system and the service provided. Last year we had an update/upgrade to the system. MCS was fair in their pricing and got the job done quickly.

I had MSC install an entire (backyard and patio) mosquito spraying system for me nearly 10 years ago. The system been extremely effective in allowing us to continue to enjoy the backyard and patio areas, and MSC has done a great job of maintaining it. We are on a regular maintenance schedule where they inspect and repair the system and keep it working well. Moreover, if we ever have a problem, a simple phone call results in a quick response. The maintenance costs are reasonable, and Thomas and his crews are prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Simply great service.

I called to get an estimate on several option I was interested in. Chief among them was a Fan misting system. The rep told me that someone would give me a call in an hour or so. A few hours later I got a call from a man that acted like I was a major inconvenience to him. I work a normal M-F 8-5 job and asked if they did weekend appointments. He became upset that I would even ask that and said they don't really unless no alternative. Let me pause here and say this... first, you are in a customer service job. Even if you are having the worst day of your life if you are working you should put on your customer service face and tone. ( I worked in CS for years) Second, MCS being a service industry all of your estimators should primarily work on the weekends. Back to the story, so I tell him I might be able to get out of work so lets plan for that. He then says he doesn't have his calendar on him and will need to call me back. He calls me back 10 min later but I'm unable to pick up at that time but give him a call right back. He doesn't answer and I never hear back... Sounds like a fantastic first impression huh? Needless to say I will try and find my own solutions or a competitor.

The work was done in one day, and you'd hardly notice the system at all if you weren't looking specifically for it. Even though our backyard is large, the guys at MCS were confident their system could handle the problem and reduce the population by up to 90 percent.
