This company is great! We have them come out every three months to spray our home for pests. We had them service our home in Round Rock and just recently moved to Georgetown. They came out to the new home and got rid of alot of wasps and ants with their first visit. We discovered some more wasps and chiggars in the yard a few weeks later. They came out at no extra charge to get rid of them and set up an appointment time so I could show them where the problem is. When I call the office they are always pleasant, helpful and have common sense. I recommend you give them your business if you need pest control.

The customer service that I have received from MAYDAY, especially form Sarah, has been wonderful. The company we used prior to switching would not return calls or show up for treatments. Not only did they personally come out to look at my faciltiy and give me a quote, MAYDAY even called after the treatment to see if I was satisfied! NICELY DONE MAYDAY!

We had Mayday come out when we moved to Texas. They sprayed around the house and put down bug boxes in the garage. We came home the other night and noticed two of the boxes had moved from the edge of the garage door a few feet out into where we park. When we looked closer, we found a small rattlesnake inside the boxes, glued in securely. Brad came out the next day after we called. He replaced the two boxes and took the ones containing the snake with him. We scheduled with Mayday to come out every three months, but whenever we call to ask a bug question they're happy to come out again free of charge to address it. All the employees we've spoken with have been friendly and helpful.
