This company is not worth your time. Supposedly it is highly accredited the owner Calvin speaks of that. It’s crazy the owner of the company can not keep his word and tries to make you believe he knows what he is talking about. Don’t buy into it if an owner can’t even produce good customer relations chances are employees that work for him are more than likely undependable, decievers just like the owner.

The day I made a call, I was able to get a tech out to my home the same night even though it was after hours and quite a distance away. The tech, Chrissy, was extremely nice and patient with answering all of our questions and concerns. The owner was very flexible and explained everything I needed to know about my bug situation in detail to me. I was very pleased with how accommodating this company was. Overall, the experience was great!

Calvin and his team came out to help us with an already horrible time with bed bugs. We tried several companies and paid thousands of dollars to attempt to get rid of this problem. Everyone we tried just could not get rid of them and we just about gave up hope. We made one final phone call and spoke to Calvin he made us feel safe and he was knowledgeable about our situation. His team came out and treated and I am Proud to say we have been Bed bug free for over 6 months now. Thank you Calvin for your help. You really did give our family our home back. Thank you again. If I could give 0 stars I would, we scheduled the week prior for them to come out in the evening because thats the only time they could come out, both my wife and I were home. We received a call from Chris stating that they would arrive in 20 min, they never came or called again or rang the doorbell. We called the same night of service and the lady who answered told us someone would come in the morning. They failed again I called and they stated they had the wrong address, this should have been cleared up the night before or at initial set up, then they told me someone could not come in the morning until next week. Don't waste your time with this company, they are a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

As someone else has stated in their review, do not waste time with this company. The owner Calvin is a master in getting a business on board but not so much of a master to maintain their service. "If my guys are not there I go out and do it myself" - Excellent line to hear but very difficult to execute. Their techs seem to follow the same work ethics as their leader- on the phone while spraying and need to be told they missed spots , spending time in their vehicle while they are supposed to be spraying rooms at a property. Considering they charge a good amount for a monthly pest control, with the number of complaints we got for roaches in our rooms was unjustified. Their response? Roaches are brought in. I got fed up of their poor service and lazy techs and moved to another company.

Schedule a first service more than a week in advance for a Tuesday morning, but they never showed up. When call to ask what time they were coming, all they say was that they "scheduled the visit in the afternoon"... Do not waste your time with this company.
