My worst nightmare happened today. As I was trying to lug my giant trash can out to the curb, a giant snake jumped out at me. OH HELL NO! Of course I panicked and ran away screaming. Of course there were no neighbors home when I needed them - then I remembered EZ from when I hired them for a mouse problem several months ago. Apparently I have a damn zoo at my house! They were here in 15 minutes and bravely moved the trash can and grabbed the snake up like it was no big deal at all. I will be honest, money is tight, but that was the BEST $150 I have ever spent y'all. Hope that snake enjoys his new life on the farm….

Russell did a quarterly spray on our new home in Georgetown in early March, was prompt and thorough. We have had in the last week a notable issue with spiders and scorpions, texted him and he was here the next day. Not only did he show up promptly but he also waived any charge for spraying again. He then returned the following day with a granular treatment for the scorpions and put it down in our rock beds to surround the house. Fantastic customer service, extremely personable and knowledgeable, is great with our kids and even before we ask, he lets us know about the safety of the products he uses.

We had an ant issue, called Russ, and he came out immediately on a Sunday. Once he arrived, he did a thorough inspection inside and out of the house. He provided a concise explanation and then treated accordingly. His service was great!

These guys were AMAZING! We are new here and thought we had German Roaches.. So, of course I am all freaked out when they are heading over. Turns out we did not, just regular old gross roaches. In a time where they could have easily told me I did have those horrific German Roaches and charged me accordingly, they were so completely honest! They were super nice, professional, and did a great job. Consider me a regular!
