We have just moved into a house in Morgans Point and were seeing scorpions and several different types of spiders in the house on an almost daily occurrence and we had several wasp nests popping up along the gutters and edges around the roof. Jake came out and sprayed everything down and within 2 days we did not have anything crawling or buzzing around the house. Jake was fast, courteous, and professional. We are setting up quarterly treatments with him and couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

My wife called Jake in a panic today because we have been dealing with a wasp problem for 3 years; scheduling the times the kids could be outside and running quickly from our entry ways to avoid being stung. Other pest control companies let us down or walked away. It's only the 2nd week of February, but because of the abnormally high temperatures this year we have already had about a dozen wasps make their way into our home from the attic spaces. My wife talked to Jake this morning and said he seemed extremely knowledgeable and confident in his abilities to rid our home of wasps. He came out this evening at 5 o'clock and at 9pm this evening we walked outside to find dozens of dead wasps all over our front and back porch! Stunned! He is absolutely the only pest control company we will ever use. Thank you, again. 3 years of misery is over!

Jan. 16, 2017 We needed the necessary required inspection for a lender handling a VA Refinance for us. Game Over is Professional, friendly, honest, confident and thorough. Jake made sure to check everything openly discussing and answering any questions we had. We are SO happy we called them. We recently had our home treated after I was stung by a scorpion in the nursery. We contacted him via Facebook and he was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and concerns about both the pest problem and the safety of spraying our home. A few days later, he came out to spray and was professional, courteous and patient with my questions. In our time in Texas (now 3 years), we have noticed that customer service in Central Texas is a little lacking and not anywhere near satisfactory. This is the first time in those three years that we were truly impressed with the level of service provided. Absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again for any future issues that may arise.

Update 9/28/17 He continues to give 5 star service on follow-up calls. Jake of Game Over Pest Control has always provided us with professional service, listened to our concerns, done attic checks, blocked a rodent entry way successfully, and applied chemical pest control in the way we that we asked it to be done, to minimize any harm to the animals in our house. Others have not been so open to giving us exactly what we wanted and needed. Jake is different - he listens well and then provides us what we asked for, to the best of his ability. Of course, that sort of personal service is deeply appreciated. We recommend Game Over Pest Control to others, knowing they will be as satisfied as we are. Thanks, Jake, for everything. 5/2016 - I had been hearing squirrels running around in the attic for about 3 weeks - and needed to exclude them. Another inspector just said he could tell squirrels were there but he didn't find anywhere they were getting in and to call him again if I heard them. That did not resolve my problem and I was afraid the squirrels would be chewing up the electrical. Jake from Game Over Pest Control came, he was on time, he told me specifically what he did find - one small hole and all of the roof vents were newly screened and in good shape (I just bought the place and didn't know that). In exclusion he charges by the "hole" - in this case, $108 with tax. Now, I can get the electrical checked and go on with the insulation install. Great job!

VERY FRIENDLY, VERY RELIABLE, VERY HELPFUL!! Mr. Jake the owner was very friendly and went out of his way to help us in any way he could. I never felt judged or anything and he is by far the most pleasant pest control we have ever used. I would recommend him to anyone i know, matter of fact i got some business cards from him so i can try and help him as much as he did us. He did Such a great job and we will definitely be using him for fire ant control this summer to any other needs that were to arise from now on.
