This is the worst pest control company in the world. Total scam! First they didn't confirm or show up for the appointment. Then when we called they said "Oh, we must have messed up. We thought it was tomorrow. That's funny. Everything happens for a reason". What does that mean? How is it funny? Funny I had somebody waiting for you at my house two days in a row. Then when they finally showed up they tried getting more money out of my wife so they could gouge us. They did nothing. They sprayed fake insecticide on our grass. Fake Fake Fake! They promised us they cleared our grass of any insects, specifically fire ants. Well today my two year old was playing on the grass and and an army of fire ants crawled up her leg and bit her up so bad we might have to go to the hospital. If anything happens to my two year old because of this company we're going to file a lawsuit for negligence. Not only should this company not be in business, they should probably be in jail! Scam Artists!.

Top notch. My rental house was infested with roaches, prior to moving in. In the first treatment, we witnessed a significant difference. Second treatment seems to have wiped the roaches away. I have the gold plan with them, and it's not very costly. Well worth every little dollar. Certified has not only treated the interior but also the exterior for any additional pest control. With two little girls under 2 years of age, Certified has given me and my family much needed peace of mind. Customer service is excellent and always willing to do more for the consumer.
