Parker came out when our house had a serious infestation of German roaches. We worked together to get rid of them, using a combination of different methods. I highly recommend Bug State Pest Control--they take resolving your bug woes seriously and really do want to see them gone and you happy. Parker was flexible to work with our schedule, whatever it may have been, and was always happy to answer all of our questions. Our dogs also ended up adoring him and were excited to see him when he came by.

We had the previlege of having Bug State come out to our house and help us with a couple of problems we have had. That may sound a little odd but Parker made the experience a pleasure. From the moment he drove in the drive way you could tell there was a difference, his truck was spotless, his appearance was crisp and groomed and he was on time. We discussed the issues we were having and he explained what was necessary and went to work. He informed us of a potentional problem and let us decide how we wanted to handle it. Parker was polite, friendly and very professional in helping us. We highly recommend his service.

I gave this company a call and I must say that the customer service was poor. I called asking if they can exterminate just one room and the women immediately gave the phone to another gentleman without a warning. The gentleman I spoke with next seemed irritated and was not friendly. When I asked for a quote he gave me an outrageous price compared to the other companies I called. I said "okay Thank you for the quote" I did not get so much as a You're welcome, or do you want to make an appointment the gentleman simply hung up, very rudely. Just based on the service I received over the phone I did not go through with this company.

Noticed some ants by our back door and elected to call our home warranty company to have someone sent out because we pay for pest coverage. Previously had a poor experience with home warranty with an A/C issue so I was very skeptical with who the home warranty group would send out, but wanted to see what, if anything, would be covered. To my surprise, Parker came out and was able to quickly identify the source of the ants (live oak tree in front yard) and spray for them using pet friendly products. Additionally he was able to diagnose termites (previously unknown ), which initially the home warranty was trying to avoid covering but Parker was able to relay the issue to the HW group and got termite treatment covered as well. If you ever need professional, thorough pest control, support small business and call Bug State Pest control and talk to Parker.

I had a severe roach and spider problem so I called a few local businesses, but Parker was the most responsive and willing to commute all the way out to our property the day of to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable about preventative maintenance around the house to keep them away.
