I am so amazed with the technician Jorge Estrada! I had an appointment today to have the inside and outside of our house sprayed. He made sure to spray every corner & crevice very thoroughly and he took the time to answer all of my questions and I had a million questions. He also got rid of a wasp nest by our balcony. He set up traps for ants and fleas (since my dog recently got fleas) I’m SO satisfied with the service and price! I feel like we definitely got our money’s worth. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, this guy deserves a raise! We will continue to get treatments for our yard with this company.

I have tried to find a Pest Control (exterminator) for some time. People recommended others and yet I could not get them to answer a phone or return a call. The one I did find, charged me out the wazoo. I called Bella's Bugs and they were awesome! The young woman that took the call and made the appointment was polite and friendly, and the guy that answered the phone when I called back to give my credit card info and confirm, also very nice and friendly. The technician that came to the house was on time, polite, walked me through the process, laughed, and guided me with tips of what time of the year to handle different aspects to focus on the bugs we wanted to eliminate and save money. There is no contract, just a "Call us if you need us or we can set up a schedule.. and don't worry, if you do not have bugs when you schedule, just let us know and we can push it out more.." The entire thing was about $100 and they did our house, yard, garage, even my workshop! They did the attic, took care of some major wasp nests, and said to call them back if there is another occurrence and they will be glad to come back out. Finally found a contractor I can work with and trust, so... give them a call, because I do not give a reference like this.. ever. Russ
