We have used A-Tex pest control for over 4 years now for our quarterly house spraying and we love their professionalism and prompt service. Recently I heard scratching in my walls and they sent a technician the very next day to do a thorough analysis of entry/exit points and recommended areas for improvement. Talk about good timing, we scheduled service with Richard Flores after a preview of ant activity, and when Octavio came out the following Monday, we found winged ants and carpenter ants swarming all over the back of my house and our hot tub. Octavio jumped into action and double dosed the activity, after treating the inside of my house thoroughly. And just when I thought he was through, he followed up with two other procedures to cover all the bases. Our home backs up to the greenbelt so we have had all kinds of critters and bugs JUST OUTSIDE our door, but not INSIDE thanks to A-Tex! :) When we first purchased our new place (and from time to time) we've had all kinds of "interesting" issues, but always wanted to be sure not to harm the ecosystem or our dogs. A-Tex has been wonderful in helping us make smart home updates to our 1980's build and ensure we remain as pest-free as possible. Of course, we do encounter issues due to our location from time to time! It's to be expected. Although A-Tex has always been good, since Travis started taking our emergency calls we've experienced a level of service and expertise that goes above and beyond expectations. He's not only a wonderful human and completes all the standard line items (e.i., trap baiting, spraying, etc.), he will also ALWAYS strive to help us with ANY issue. He's helped us locate access points, brainstorm things we can try on our own, connected us with other experts when it's outside of his wheelhouse...he's just wonderful and never leaves without putting a smile on our faces.

A-Tex Pest Management was assigned to my home through my home warranty company after we noticed more than a few cockroaches (and really, 1 is too many). Jason was on time, professional and courteous. He sprayed the inside and outside of my home (which should have been an additional cost) and explained all of the different types of bugs/insects that would be killed as a result of his visit. Their plan for maintenance is affordable so I will likely sign up in a few months when the pesticide wears off. Would recommend!

My wife and I have been using A-Tex Pest Management and Termite company since we moved to Austin about six years ago. We were looking for a quality pest control company and our new neighbor referred us to A-Tex as that's who they used for their home and commercial pest control. They just couldn't say enough good things about their effective pest services. We called them for a complete pest inspection and they were able to offer the immediate ant control we needed and kept other pests at bay. Not long after we moved in, our daughter was given an old upholstered chair for her bedroom and soon after started waking up with bites on her arms and legs. We called out A-Tex for a bed bug inspection and unfortunately we were right. They started the bed bug control right away and helped us get rid of them. Other than that, we haven't seen many insects but whenever we do, we just point it out and they will do targeted cockroach control or raccoon removal on occasion. 5 gold stars for consistently outstanding results!

We have been using A-TEX services for about a year, and have been very pleased. They are reliable, professional, and get successful results, without charging an unreasonable amount. A-Tex Pest Management and Termite Control Service is the real deal. We had some signs of a termite infestation show up about a year ago after we bought our rental home in Austin TX. The previous owner had used another pest control company in the past that clearly did not solve the problem. We were already using the exterminators at A-Tex for our tenants household ant and roach control so we decided to give them first crack at our termite problem too. And we are so glad we did. The termite inspection was very thorough and the termite control itself was done a short time later. Since the termite treatment, there are ZERO signs of termites and we couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism throughout. I highly recommend A-Tex Pest Management to anyone needing honest pest service that works!

A few months ago my wife and I noticed that we might have a bit of a pest problem in our attic. I will say that this is perhaps one of the most unsettling things to go through. We had decided to give A-Tex a call to see what they can do for us based on their positive online reviews. They sent out a gentleman to do a quick evaluation who had noticed some mice activity and put together a plan. The price was fair so we decided to move forward. Chris (who is an owner of the company) showed up, set up some traps, caught a few mice and patched up some spots where he believed the mice were entering. The great thing about A-Tex is that the give you a year warranty for re-entry. A few weeks later our dog had been really interested in our fireplace. True to their word A-Tex came back out, figured out the problem and patched us up for no additional cost. These guys are absolute professionals and are worth every penny.

A-Tex did a termite treatment and general pest treatment on my pier and beam house. They gave me a discount on the general pest treatment since I was getting the termite treatment done, so that was very nice. I would definitely recommend their services. They offer a warranty on the termite treatment with an option to extend it each year. Since I live in a heavily wooded area, I think I'll take advantage of that!

I found A-Tex after trying 2 other popular, well-rated pest control services that weren't as thorough as I'd liked. Our problem was rodents and roaches primarily. One of the companies that came out prior to A-Tex "sealed" our attic, but our A-Tex representative was able to demonstrate to us via pictures where the previous measures fell short and what they did to more permanently and robustly seal our attic off from outside creatures. Not only was the service effective (they set traps but none have been triggered), I've now dealt with 3 A-Tex representatives that have all been patient, informative, knowledgeable, and thorough. For roaches - their quarterly spray service includes free visits if bugs are seen; after 2 years, I haven't yet taken advantage of that feature (thankfully).

So far so good. I heard a noise in my fireplace and they came out and found a few droppings in my attic. I live by a field so rodents trying to enter is not uncommon. Although I had just used my normal pest control company 2 weeks prior I was shocked they didn't notice the droppings since that is the initial reason I have a pest control company. A Tex set some traps and sealed up the entry points. Although nothing was ever caught having that reassurance was awesome. Today I heard a small noise in my fireplace again and called them. They set up an order to come right back out in less than 48 hours. I'm so thankful because I hate pest. I will be using them for my quarterly pest control going forward. You can't put a price on peace of mind and friendly faces.

I really don't like being one of the clients giving a bad review to a company with such good avg. Review but what happened to me I can't understand how was it possible with such good avg. review. My wife got agreement as new customer last week and we were supposed to get our first treatment Saturday 7/28 from 8am to 10 am. 15 mins past 10am my wife called to the company to see if there was any problem or delay for the technician to arrive to our place and turned out that the technician assigned to our first visit called in sick this morning. I understand, people get sick but what I can't understand is the fact that: 1- we did not get a call to let us know the appointment was being cancelled or changed to a different date. 2- was there any other technician that could cover the first visit for a new client? Maybe not but that could have been told to us with a phone call as well. Also, the person who talked to my wife once she called to asked about the appointment, was not even interested in saving the customer when we decided to not use the service anymore, like she didn't even care. Honestly, frustrated and dissapointed. I was not expecting this on our first service from a company with such high reputation for its good service.

Since our initial service, I've had a couple small ant invasions, and both times Eddie was out here quickly to take care of the problem.
