I have utilized Anthony at two different homes in the Austin area. The company is reasonable, communicates very well and are very knowledgeable about the pest industry. The best thing is that they stand behind their work and if a treatment does not remediate the issue, they will return and figure out a fix until they get it right. I have recommended A-Fact to my friends and colleagues without hesitation and they have all had similar results. I truly wish all contractors were like A-Fact!

I concur with other's positive review. From my experience Anthony is quite honest and reliable with his recommendations. For me he recommended prevention tips in the short term, since i have an organic vegetable bed, rather than using pesticides. I rate him 5 star and would refer him to others.
