I'm almost completely satisfied but everytime they send a new technician and the turn around is unbelievable but the new techs obviously sing read there clients files for each route, they do my business and residence, overall I'm happy but when they get new techs they seem to not read the call ahead notes and end up acting as if they treated outside but that's impossible with an 8 foot fence all the way around, but worries me that the owners are being scammed from work that employees are obviously suppose to do in order for that company to keep their clients, thank you u.s. pest for taking Care of this And for always listening since you got rid of the other girls that were so rude nice to know you have listening ladies of customer service in there now.

Our tech justin calls us every month to see if there is anything special we might need, He also tells us what time we can expect him to arrive. He has never been late! We aren't normally there because of our jobs so he let's himself in and locks up when he leaves. We have never trusted anyone more. He got rid of our issue with in the first 2 months and now we just maintain. He checks our sticky traps and let's us know if we need to do something different or if we are doing good. We also receive a report every month from us pest. Speaking with office personnel is a pleasant experience as well. We are amazed at how us pest has so many great people.

The service has been great and the technician does good work. The only problem is trying to maintain our service schedule/time. We have had this schedule for years but now, all of a sudden, they are having a difficult time sticking to it because the technicians schedule is spreading him too thin. I think we have come to an agreement on a schedule change that we, the customer, had to make to accommodate the technician's schedule. If this doesn't work, then we may have a problem. Very good service, and visits are ON TIME as scheduled. Always professional appearance and professional work, wearing the shoe covers in the house, remembers to reclose latches on outside gates and such. We’ve used other pest control companies in the area and we were not getting results from their treatment. We contacted US Pest and are now bug free. The customer service is impeccable! We had a power outage and were staying in a hotel for a period of time while repairs were being done. US Pest checked in on us and asked if there was anything they could do for us. They go above and beyond. Bypass the other companies and use US Pest Protection.

The only problem I have ever had is that you don't give enough notice when your coming. Yesterday I had a voicemail that he was on his way to our house. I was out of town. I didn't look at my phone for several hours so he had been here and was gone. You really need to give several days notice not thirty minutes. Yes, we have told several people of our need for advance notice.

Update: Well, I paid the bill just because that seemed easier than fighting it. And then they sent the paid bill to collections. They sent a paid bill to collections. I called them and asked why in the world they would do that and they claimed that the bill was never paid. This has got to be the shadiest company I've ever dealt with. At this point I've got a copy of my statement showing I paid the bill and I'm done with phone calls. I guess I'll have to document everything in emails so that I have a record. I wish I had the time/money/ability to sue these frauds. So the long and short of it is, if you contact them they will bill you for services never performed, make it nearly impossible to cancel, take your money, then send the bill to collections. Original: We tried to use this "company" to treat drain flies. We got a consultation and then a treatment by a tech who seemed to have had no communication with the consult. It was a one time issue but they billed us as if we signed up for a year. We tried to call multiple times to cancel this service that we didn't want and never asked for. Our attempts were sent to call centers and who knows if our messages were ever delivered. So now we have an outstanding bill for service we didn't want and didn't receive and can't seem to cancel. It's been a very frustrating experience.

Sadly, these folks don't seem to have their back office in order. While our initial service for a rental property went fine, we were not able to successfully communicate the importance of scheduling visits in advance because we had to give notice to tenants in order for them to get into the building to spray. After attempting to communicate the importance of a week+ notice multiple times to the company over the course of several months, we simply gave up and canceled service with them. Several weeks later, we received a notice of past due payment to a completely separate business address that someone in their office had clearly googled as we would have never given that particular address to them. Apparently they had been sending their invoices to the RENTAL house instead of the billing address that was originally given to them... and had never utilized the auto-pay we requested when we initially set up service. This company seems to do fine service, but they are clearly a nightmare to deal with in terms of scheduling and payment.

We have been using US Pest for 5-6 years now and have had nothing but great service from them. Our tech Rob Boyd is a very personable young man and great at doing his job. He takes his time making sure he treats everything in our house, basement and around the perimeter of the house and if we have any concerns he addresses them fully. Our dog loves him to come because he pays attention to her, knows her name and takes the time to scratch her belly for a few minutes.
