This company is hard to work with if you have a normal work week. They are unable to come treat my house for bugs after I get off work at 3. I asked the office to have them come after I’m done with work, the office guy said that they could do. But they called me at noon saying they were at my house! This has happened three times with them. The company don’t work on the weekend either, SO if you work a normal 5 day week, you should use a different company that will accommodate your schedule.

Great service! The technicians are reliable, personable, prompt and knowledgeable. I've been very happy with the service from this company for years. The product works well and it really is a once a year treatment. In today's busy world, I appreciate not having to make multiple time commitments to meet with technicians monthly. Absolutely the best, most convenient and effective pest control company in the Nashville area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

We have had a great experience with Nashville Pest Control. The service was efficient. The customer service was great. Unfortunately, we recently moved from the Nashville area and can no longer use Nashville Pest Control as our servicer, but I would recommend their service to anyone in and around the Nashville area! I wish I could pack them up and bring their service with me to Texas!

Someone came out for the initial evaluation which only took about 10 minutes. I felt like he was not very thorough. The pest problem continued so I called back and they told me someone would come out on a Wednesday but they never showed up. And it was going to cost another $25 for another evaluation. I didn't even bother to call back and reschedule again. I just went with another company.

When i called they were the most knowledgeable of the all the ones i called. (i called a lot of them). When the technician came to my house he was very respectful of my house. They were able to take care of me in a timely manor and with one treatment. After the work was done the technician explained to me what to expect and how long it would take to totally be resolved. I would recommend them to anyone to use. They do great and honest work.
