Before I purchased an investment property I had them to come inspect and they said everything was fine but after purchasing and pulling up subfloors noticed half the house subfloors & joices were destroyed by major termite damage and when I requested they spray they want to charge full price not honoring they didn't do a thorough inspection..do not recommend

I have used them for about 16 years. ANYTIME I had a pest problem it was taken care of. They always explain what is going to happen during the process, and give advice on how to prevent future problems. They also let you know the products aren't harmful to your family or pets. I love them. I recommend this company.

I used Mack Pest Control against the better judgement of my boyfriend. I called in to ask about the plans and to see if there was a penalty for canceling the service if we were not happy. I was told, “no, but we don’t have people cancel often.” After the first service, our pest issue was not resolved. Two weeks later, I called to have someone come back out. The service manager did and recommended that “if I really never wanted to see anything I should schedule bi-monthly”. I did not want to do that. We had our second official service and continued to have issues. I called to cancel all future service and was not given any further information. The service manager called to see if there was anything he could do. I told him no. We were done trying. Flash forward a month and I have a “miscellaneous” bill for $90. At no point, did anyone say I would continue to be charged or even allude to it. I do NOT recommend this company
