Kenny comes out to our house every 3 months and is more than willing to discuss unique problems that we are having. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I used this company for mosquito treatment two years ago because my landlord requested it. They often had to come back out and respray as their treatment was not very effective. In May of 2018, I had asked them to come out and do a quote for mosquito, flea, and ticks. They left, what I thought was an estimate, when in fact was a bill for mosquitos. There are lots of mosquitos in the yard, had I known, I would have called back and asked for them to come back out. The service still does not work; I still have mosquitos and when I called back to let them know, because they charged me for it, the receptionist was rude and said because you discontinued your service, because I am moving out of state, that they would not be able to anything and the lady became very very rude (Ashley). I asked for an owner to call me back. I would not recommend this service for mosquitoes.

Before moving into our home, we noticed that it was heavily infested with roaches, mice, ants, spiders...you name it. We were afraid to move any of our stuff in until it was dealt with...and we needed to do so fast. We heard Daytons Pest Control advertised on News Talk Radio, and gave them a call. They came to the rescue quick. The technician was very professional, kind, thorough and went over everything in a way that we could understand. Thankfully, they quickly were able to erradicate ALL the pests! We now have them do a perimeter (around the house) treatment every 3 months to ensure our home stays pest free. It's also affordable, we are always on a tight budget. Anytime you have an instance that you see a few ants or any kind of bugs...just give them a call. Their work is guaranteed. They will come out anytime, as much as needed, for no extra charge when you have their service. I feel that the quarterly small payment for their service is SO worth it. Not having to throw any food away from pest invasions or deal with the stress of trying to rid them myself. Been there. Done that. They use the good stuff, and safely. The stuff from the store is in no way able to compare, and can sometimes make the problem worse. No, I don't work for Daytons, and none of my relatives or friends either. I am writing this because it is truly my honest experience with Daytons Pest Control. I highly recommend their services. Worth every penny spent. -The Long Family.

Very poor customer service. Our family came home from vacation to find large cockroaches in the house. The tech was angry when he called. Said he “couldn’t come out every time we found a bug in the house.” We canceled our service.

I just wanted to tell the Pest Control that I am not happy with the last service. I wanted some bugs taken out of my home and fixed so they won't come back. But the service was here yesterday and so far today there have been at least 40 more and it hasn't even been 24 hours since the service were here.

First, the worker Chance was late by 45 minutes. Literally right after he apologized for being late (which was nice) .. but right after, he tried to up-sale me from the package I discussed the few weeks prior. He did this without even looking at my house. Now, if it had happened after looking at my house and explaining I would not have been offended; however, it was not appropriate to do that right after being late and not even looking at my house. (Which he never did anyway) he did no inspection of the house period. All he did was spray something at the baseboards around my house and inside the bottom of the house. He didn't ask any questions about where I see them. All he asked was what was the main problem. He also missed multiple areas inside the house. He did not spray my full living room and I had to ask him if he sprayed certain rooms which he replied.. No do you want me to? Of course, yes. That is what I am paying for. I'm very upset with the service and I will not be doing the quarterly service I initially wanted. He wasn't even going to explain much on the product he was using. He said it was odorless treatment. I had to ask if harmful to pets, how long till it works, etc. I was able to get 20$ off after I asked since I was late for work as he showed up late. I'm just so upset. I hate writing bad reviews but this made me feel taken advantage of. I pretty much paid 110$ to be late to work, for a product to be sprayed for maybe 10minutes in most areas of my house not even all, and in the end I do not feel anymore knowledgeable on what was done or where he saw any issues. All I can do is hope what he sprayed has some affect on the condition.

I used Dayton's many years ago for ants that make their entrance in the spring and was very pleased with their service. This spring, however, the ants could not be controlled with small ant baits and I called Dayton's to combat the problem. Much to my surprise they DO NOT provide the same service as in years past. The chemical they used was so strong requiring me to leave the doors open for ventilation. The ants loved the chemical so much the ant population multiplied. When I called to have the technician return I was told there would be a $90 charge after I had just paid $150 three days prior. They DO NOT guarantee their work unless you purchase quarterly service.

I have met with two of their technicians, Shaun and Adam; both were very knowledgeable about the services they offer, the pests and their habits and life cycles and the treatments and how they affect plants and animals. They are friendly and professional too. They both communicated with me about their arrival times and throughout the whole process. Since using their services I haven't had any pest problems. When I imagine a pest control inspection, I pictured a gruff, older man who points at a few things and begins offering scare tactics to upsell their service. Instead, with Dayton’s, we got Brad who was more like a young researcher, helping us understand the behavior and lifecycle of our pest and giving us tips on how they would solve our problem or, if we so choose, how we could do it ourselves. No tricks, no scare tactics, no upsell. It’s this professional, honorable attitude that’ll always make Dayton’s our first call and recommendation for pest control.

We have been using Dayton's for about 4 years now, and have always been pleased with the service they've provided! This is an OLD house that has been plagued with everything from cave crickets in the basement (literally hundreds when we moved in, OH MY WORD), to bee hives under the overgrown flower beds (Adam thought for sure it was yellow jackets when I called, but NOPE, bumblebees!), to roaches in the kitchen, to hornet's nests between the brick and drywall, to carpenter bees in the playset!!! Adam has always come out right away to take care of whatever craziness I call about, so I don't have to stress for long! We appreciate this company so very very much!!!

On 5-6-15, Jeff, , an inspector with Dayton's Pest Control inspected the crawl space under my home at 2100 Indian Hills Rd, Knoxville, TN 37919. and found an inactive small area where powder post beetles had been. He thoroughly inspected the rest of the area for evidence of termites and found none. He informed me that once a bettle colony had become inactive, they would not return. He was very well informed about a whole range of pests. I much appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Without reservation, I would recommend dayton's to my friends and neighbors. We've been using Daytons for 4 years and there is no other service that compares. To save money, we tried some of the other competitors and ended up having spiders in the house. In turn, we ended up spending 2xs as much that month because we went right back to Daytons. Hands down the best service.

Great service! We use them for our home and business. I have a fear of spiders and ever since we started using their service I never have to worry about them. If we ever find an invader, I can call them up and they are out in 24 hours or less to take care of our needs.
