Used company to encapsulate my crawl space. Huge mistake! Salesperson told my wife and I that it would take care of the water issue in crawl space. It didn't! Because it wasn't in the contract company assumed no responsibility for what we were told. Work that was done was sloppy with lots of mud and cuts purposely made in barrier attempting to drain the water on what is supposed to be a nice bright white enclosure. You probably won't see my crawl space pics in their brochure but I have them if interested. I have had several home improvement projects done with no problems until now. Company should have informed us that we needed a drainage system before encapsulating the crawl space but chose not to. If we had that information we would have chose a company that specialize in drainage and waterproofing. As retired military, don't have unlimited resources to have jobs redone to correct problems but that's what we will have to do.

The waitress was under the influence of something either alcohol or drugs. We just wanted to hurry eat and leave. I complained but no one seemed to care.

We Just moved into our house and found what I thought was termites. My wife called that morning and they sent someone out that afternoon. They informed my wife that they were carpenter bees and sent someone else out to treat it. Advanced was prompt, honest, and very reasonably priced. If I need or anyone else I know needs some pest control I will send them to Advanced.
