I have a termite bond on my house that requires annual inspection to "REMAIN in FORCE",,but I have to chase them each year to get the inspection done and retain coverage.. I don't know why they can't use a "CALENDAR" and put everybody on it...then call or send a letter to do the inspection. I suspect so the Bond will lapse, and you have to buy a new one.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I moved into a house where the homeowner was paying to have them spray. Every day I would find a bug and eventually I called them to ask if the service was kid friendly. The lady on the phone was so rude and WOULD NOT answer my questions. After a fuss I told her I would be getting a new exterminator and paying for it myself. I contacted my landlord and let her know that I would no longer need her to pay for extermination because I had already arranged for a new exterminator and was paying out of my own pocket... This company contacted me shortly after being let go by the homeowner and actually had the audacity to tell me that I was not AUTHORIZED to choose a different exterminator and they had my homeowner a client for years! I told them to shove it and called my landlord who is the homeowner. She put them in their place and apologized to me. After I went with Palmetto Exterminators and not only is it kid friendly but I have not seen ONE bug in the last few years.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. CALL PALMETTO INSTEAD!

I have used bugman for my rental property for years and they are great but they did something today that say alot about them. my Dad called me about some bug problem he had it was termites they we're going to go by there and see and give an estimate Vince the tech treated my Dad so we'll took care of his problem when my Dad asked how much he owed them Vince thanked him for his service no charge my dad is a veteran thank you bugman you guys rock!!!!!

Horrible! Do not use this company! They are not clear about when services need to be provided to keep termite bond. They contradict what they say. Horrible customer service!! They do not provide services that they should provide!

We were quoted $225 for outside ant treatment that was guaranteed for 1 year. The ants came back a couple of weeks later, and we called. No problem, they came back and resprayed. 3-4 weeks later, the ants came back again. We called and were told that treatment was only guaranteed for 30 days. 30 days!! Who would pay $225 for 1 month of no ants?????!!!! We told them who we spoke to that gave us the guarantee and the front desk lady said "it wouldn't be fair for us to come back out and spray every time it rains". Do they REALLY think $225 is fair for 30 days???!!! They have been supposed to call us back several times over the last 2 weeks and NEVER do. We always have to call them to be told, the owner isn't available, we don't guarantee anything over 30 days, and so on and so on. However, they did have the nerve to call us to try and get us to buy another quarterly service, LOL. USE AT OWN RISK. SEEMS TO BE A SCAM.

Typically for a week or so after the Bugman pest control company comes out we are bug free but they slowly make their way back. We had these guys come out in late August, the first thing they did is walk us through the property and look for problem areas and focus point as they call them. Once that was complete they spent about an hour spraying down the property and finally gave us some pointers and tips to make sure of the efficiency of the job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and priced fairly. Most importantly though, their service worked! we haven’t had to do our own version or worse call them back because of a recurrence. Would recommend them to anyone who likes things done right the first time! Quality First! Bugman is the way to take care of pest.

No star's if were possible. About 6 month's ago they (Bugman) came out to my house and did their treatment, which I believe they put out food because the bug's are worse now then before they sprayed. Would not recommend this company for any pest control need's.
