Nice and friendly family owned business that won't BS you. Had a mouse problem, originally called terminix to fix the problem, and not one mouse caught weeks after their guy comes out (all he did was place a bait box outside our home). We tried this place next instead and the day after the guy leaves, two mice have been already been caught. They're a LOT cheaper than terminix too! Will definitely use these guys again!

After almost a year of being a homeowner, I began having severe issues with large rats invading my crawl space and tearing everything up under my house. After having multiple pest control companies come out to "fix" this recurring issue with no success, I found Pest Management on Google. They are cheaper than their competition, and hands down do a better job! With the other three companies I tried, the rats returned in a matter of weeks. With them, I haven't seen or heard any rats in over three months! You don't know how nice it is to finally be able to enjoy my home that I worked so hard to purchase!!! I am so pleased with Pest Management Solutions. They were the friendliest, most professional group I have worked with in a long time. During our initial conversation they really took the time to hear me out and find out what I was looking for. We set up an appointment for them to come out and take a look at my house, before they came out I got an email from the owner with the names of the two men who would be doing the inspection. He also assured me they didn't smoke so my house wouldn't stink and made sure I knew a lot about them so I would feel comfortable having them in my home. Once they arrived they took their shoes off so they wouldn't track in any dirt and asked me lots of questions. Then they got in and got out and I haven't seen a single bug since. I really feel like I can trust them and enjoyed their company. They were super sweet to my kids and didn't over stay their welcome. If you're looking for someone to help out with any pest/bug issues I would highly recommend using Pest Management Solutions.

I was so happy because; he was there when they said they would be, he respected my house by taking off his shoes, was very friendly, very thorough yet quck, and best of all I haven't spotted one ant since then. This company provides great service! We moved into our house and had ants. We tried the traditional ant traps, sprays and whatever, but nothing worked. Called them and they came out right away and got rid of them after 2 trips. Recently, we had mice problems and they recommended the black traps from Walmart or Lowes. They said if the traps did not work to give them a call and they would be right out. We caught 2 and no more mice problems. We will continue to use their services for pest control. Pest Management Solutions have been polite, easy to reach and always successful. We definitely recommend them!

I would give 10 stars if possible. Kind, courteous, reasonable prices, prompt service, And totally Knowledgeable...and they have top notch techniques and products for your problems! I called, they listened and reassured me that they could get the job done...and DID!! So, I had an Awful problem with Rats getting into the crawl space under the house. Abandoned house burnt down right as the Mulberry trees were dropping their fruit next to my open crawl space holes!! The Rats moved in and settled in! I thought I could just handle it myself, and after 2 exhaustive months, I had only gained a tiny bit of control. I exhausted everything else I could do or buy and I didnt think they could really help me any more than I had already done. Wow....Was I wrong!! THEY TOTALLY DID HELP and ELIMINATED the entire problem!!! The buggers are Finally gone!! Also, they didnt try to upsell me with packages like all the other companies I called! I didn't need any packages...just Rat elimination! They are a top notch company in every way. An answered prayer!!

Incredible customer service. I called when I became sick from a spider bite and realized we had some not-so-pleasant, venomous house guests. David managed to get to our place within just a couple hours - after work hours. He charged us a fair price, set my kids' worries at ease, and did a thorough job. He even texted the following day to see how my UrgentMed visit went and how I was doing! Definitely above and beyond. So glad we found this guy. Would recommend him highly!
