What can I say..I contacted Mike from Nukem to come by and talk to me about a potential termite inspection and the costs involved. he ended up inspecting the basement and all the crawling space!! he didn't give me a letter but he also didn't give me a bill but a heads-up about potential future issues and what might come up at a house inspection. What he said made sense and showed a high degree of knowledge. That's what I call customer service. I definitely recommend NUKEM and will use them in any future case.
