Multiple issues with this company. It’s difficult to get someone to come out for the scheduled appointment; they cancel at the last minute (this has happened more than once). Last week, the guy didn’t cancel...he just didn’t show up. The straw that broke the camel’s back...I’m done.

The customer service is great. They kill the bugs and if you see a bug they return at no charge to get the bug. Even fire ants can be removed.

Very bad services they came out and sprayed my apartment . And did a very awful job. I call to complain and she said I would have to pay again because the first treatment didn't work. I think if you pay 300.00 it should have work or come and spray again for free...

They show up, they do the job! The Columbus team provides my service. Courteous, prompt, affordable. And they honor their contract. Had one infestation. They showed up with a large crew. Then proceeded to treat the entire foundation inside and out at ZERO cost! And they perform mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulation! Love these guys!!!

Horrible. Set up on a quarterly service but they have to respray frequently. I don't know what chemicals they use but it's a waste of money. I live in a wooded area so there are lots of creepy crawly things around. Worst customer service too. Had serviceman ask me about my medication. Apparently they deal drugs. This made me very uncomfortable and was very uncalled for and inappropriate I will never have any of them come back to my home again

Nelon Cole did Mold Remediation in my parents crawlspace which was very moldy, musty and damp, the insulation was toast. They sent out someone to give them a quote and thoroughly explained the whole process, my folks accepted and Nelon Cole turned that crawlspace around. After seeing the final product it was pretty impressive cause myself personally thought we should rent a dozer and start fresh with the whole house! My folks mean a lot to me so for Nelon Cole to transform their crawlspace into a healthy space, I would recommend them to anyone looking for mold remediation and pest control call these guys!

Made appointment for 9:00 am Saturday. Shows up at 10:00. Employee talks all this puff about being the main trainer for the entire company. Paid for services and still have bugs. Old Victor might to retire cause it seems he lost his touch. If you have bed bugs do not call Nelon-Cole.
