Poor customer service skills and just downright rude. Out of all the companies we've worked with, this was the only one unwilling to explain the work they wanted to do with us. We were told to just look at the invoice and that would explain everything.

Pests? I don't know them anymore since Mills Termite & Pest Control came to clean out the place from bugs and other insects. The guy found them even in the smallest niches and holes around the rooms. He deserved my hardly earned money!
