I called the office for a quote, definitely the most comprehensive job for the price in the area by far, the team came in and explained the job thoruoughly each step of the way, the French drain works great with all the recent rain we’ve had, I highly recommend the MDE team and will be using them for future work.

A pleasure to do business with. With all the rain in the area during December we had flooding in our crawlspace. I received proposals from 4 other contractors to do the work. I called Brian Slykhouse with MDE on the recommendation of a friend. He assessed the situation, proposed a plan to correct it, and provided a very competitive price. Not the cheapest but the most comprehensive plan for the price. They arrived at the appointed time to begin work and gave me updates of their progress throughout the job. I observed several little attentions to details both in the proposal and in their work that left me feeling confident I made the right choice. I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Brian and his team if you have water infiltration issues like I did.

I have been a customer of MDE Pest Services for three years. I have bene very pleased with their service and their "desire to please the customer" attitude. Today Rodney was the MDE Representative that arrived to spray both the outside and inside of the home. He was friendly, courteous, focused on doing a good job, and he has a good sense of humor. The MDE serve personnel have all been wonderful. Even the office staff of Sherry and Mandy are wonderful to talk with and handle the business transactions. Overall, MDE Pest Services is the best by far here in the upstate South Carolina area. Kudos to all the MDE folks.I highly recommend them for any of your future pest control needs. Cannot say enough good things about this company! Rodney was our technician and he was prompt, courteous and efficient. He thoroughly explained how the treatment works and what we should do if we have any concerns or questions, especially in the first quarter of treatment. Because it was pouring rain, he scheduled us for the outside treatment the first sunny day and, again, was prompt for that appointment.
