Michael Greene inspected the crawlspace of our home this morning, 6/8/2017, for termites. After a thorough inspection, none were found. Thank you for being so honest! Michael did notice a couple of other minor problems that he brought to our attention that would need a plumber before they became serious, which we greatly appreciated. His demeanor was friendly & he was very knowledgeable. We will certainly call him back for the next inspection. Very professional!

I've used them for the last 2 years, great service, tech's are courteous and have done a great job every time. I had lots a palmetto bugs/roaches, they do a great job keeping to population down. Also their misquito treatment is great. Very reasonable prices if you get the quarterly treatment. Highly recommended.

Ledford's has been to our home 6 times since May and my roommate and I are still having a pest issue.... nothing has changed. We are extremely clean people - we do not leave dishes the sink or trash in the trash can and deep clean the house once a week. When the technicians come they have commented on how clean our home is and are surprised that we still have issues and do not know what to do. When we speak to the people in the office, they condescendingly tell us to keep our home clean and that that should help the problem. While their services may work for some, they do not work for us and we are having to hire a new pest control company. Overall we are disappointed that our issue has not been solved.

They do such a great job! I really can't believe what a difference we've seen from our old pest company to this one. We almost never see any roaches now, and if we do they are already dead or almost dead. Their technicians are so friendly and helpful, this is definitely the best pest control company in Columbia!
