Having used this company for a very long time; the service and customer satisfaction does nothing but keep getting worse and worse. Over the years we used to have great customer service agents that took pride in a job well done; and they took their time in doing their jobs. Professionally and with courtesy. As of late your lucky to get a service rep to show up when they are supposed to ( they think that telling you a five hour window is acceptable ) OR to provide you with quality work. when we asked our agent on this most frequent visit if they had done certain things we got a very lackadaisical response, and he still never went out to do what was asked. think long and hard before considering this company for you pest control needs. I know we are on the verge of dropping them to find a better and more reliable company.
