The service was okay. The billing practices are not. You are only supposed to have 3 scheduled treatments a year when you purchase a yearly contract. My contract ended on February 28th. On February 22nd they came out and did a 4th outdoor treatment. When I called to make sure my contract was canceled and complete contract today, they made sure to tell me that I owed them for the 4th treatment that they added in before my contract ended. I paid for it because they did come spray the house and I'm not a jerk who's not going to not pay for the chemicals they used, but that's really shady business practices to come do a 4th service a few days before someone's contract ends so you can squeeze a few more dollars out of someone before you know their contract is up. I will not recommend this company. And that's a shame because the technicians were extremely helpful and nice. UPDATE TO RESPONSE BELOW: I went through my voicemails and there is indeed a voicemail around that time that says y'all are going to come out 5 days before my contract expired. I should have caught that and called right away to make sure you didn't. I'll give you that much. However he absolutely DID NOT leave a note, I DID NOT receive a text, and I DID NOT receive an email. So now I'll add fibbing to the shady business practices. Along with the how you cut me off in the middle of me speaking to you on the phone. Done with y'all.

Home Pest Control has repeatedly done an amazing job with keeping the bugs away! Not only is their office staff great, especially Angel, they also have a few exceptional Pest technicians, one in particular is Christopher Walling. He takes his work very seriously and is extremely educated and dependable in his services and explanations of anything I may not understand fully about how to prevent them from reappearing and the treatment he performs. As for termite services, I will also commend Bobby Gunter as he has always been respectable and helpful in completing services thoroughly and effectively! If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. I advise anyone I know to get service with Home Pest Control! They do not disappoint!

I called an paid 95 dollars to get inspection and was told it would come off my treatment if I choose them. I then called to schedule and was told that was not possible they don't know why I was told that. I then called terminx and they came out for free an are cheaper. Then i found live termites after they said there was none. I have 23 jobs in their area an I will make sure my customers know how they mislead people and how untrustworthy they are.

Home Pest Control has been my pest control company for 11 years. We suspected a bed bug infestation in our home so we called them for an inspection. They set us up for a free inspection. Jon came, at the appointment time. Jon thoroughly inspected all the rooms in our house. At the same time he answered ALL of my wife's and my -probably - too many questions. Jon was patient and not only answered our questions but also explained details regarding the inspection (what he was doing, where, and why), behavior of bed bugs (we gained much more insight into these amazing parasites!!!), precautions (regarding private and public places including hotels/motels) and treatments (pros and cons of chemical and/or heat). Jon did not discover any bed bugs and he did not recommend any treatment. However, he did recommend our remaining vigilant and if we thought we saw evidence of suspected an infestation, to call him. He said he would gladly return and do another free inspection.

We have had home pest for 3 years. We started when we bought our house in 2015 and were told that when we sold the house we could either transfer the warranty to new homebuyer or get 1 FULL year back of what we had paid. We sold our house. I called to see what would be our 1 year pay back... $40.. only 2 months!!!! Do not believe what they tell you. Taylor the lady I spoke with said “I’m sorry I don’t know what they told you 3 years ago.” There are better pest companies out there that will keep their word. Do your research!!

I've been using HPC for 4 years and have never had an issue with them. They call every quarter to do treatment and I don't think my rate has gone up once. When I first moved into the house, there was a huge ant problem in every room of the house, first and second floors. After one treatment they were gone and I haven't seen anything in the house from that point.

Employee made an apt, said he would call before. He showed up 3 hours earlier and we thought we had a burglary in our house as he just let himself in without our knowledge. Dogs started barking, one with a broken leg that is healing. Almost called the cops until I saw who it was. This business has always done at least one BAD thing each time they came out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish I did not have to select even one star for the review to post. They deserve negative number. UPDATE TO RESPONSE BELOW: There was no "miscommunication". The employee said he would call before coming for the service call around 3PM but showed up early instead without letting me know. If you are serious about resolving this issue, next time, after making the appointment, KEEP IT or at least COMMUNICATE why you need to change it BEFORE CRAWLING OVER MY LOCKED FENCE INTO MY BACKYARD AND GOING UNDER MY HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Curtis Loftis started this company year's ago. It was a good company and his service was great. Now, it's beyond pathetic. I have never had so many mosquitos. He always asks if we’re having any issues and will address them appropriately. He doesn’t just spray bug killer; he has all sorts of tricks he does. We haven’t had any wasps or spiders since he’s been coming. We had someone else come out once and they didn’t do even half of the things he does. Oh, the mosquito service is a must! We can actually sit outside without being attacked; we have 4 kids so that is a must! We are very pleased with our service.

They give a specific time for appointments instead of a 4 hour range which is great. I've paid for the whole year for my home , yard, and mosquitoes. The mosquitoes treatment has not worked once and they keep pushing up my regular service. Which means it will probley short me a whole month. Also the home treatment didn't last two months. On top of it when I scheduled an appointment they were running late. I figured this out because I called them. I found out they were an hour behind and didn't call me. She kept saying he had a busy schedule (I had to keep reminding her that was not my fault they over booked). Needless to say we will look for a new company when our played treatments are over.
