He patiently answered my questions, he was kind to my dog, and he finished on time as well. Best of all, he evaluated our situation, and didn’t try to sell us an expensive treatment that we didn’t need. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from me. He did an outstanding job to educate me on the process and various levels and options to control moisture and mold. He was thorough and skilled - I felt like he was caring for our house like his own.
