They do such a great job and came out on the exact day I was going to call them about a couple spiderwebs outside!! I originally had mice and haven’t seen them since. Our neighborhood is notorious for having ants and I haven’t seen a single one anywhere near my townhouse since they came the first time. First, let me just say how awesome both Chad and Joe are! Chad knew EXACTLY what type of bug we were dealing with and assured us that he could rid us of the swarming Cicada killers that had taken over our backyard. Joe came out the next day and throughly pumped each burrow with special poison and also treated our entire yard. I could have literally spent an hour talking to Joe, as he is so knowledgeable when it comes to bugs. I switched exterminating companies because my previous company wouldn't treat cicada killers. Thanks guys!

From the very beginning they did nothing their sales person who came to my door said they would do. They didn’t treat the inside of my home as promised. The techs came that last time and said the type of roach that was in my home was not covered under my $39.99 monthly service plan! I got the run around and transferred and then explained how many species of roach there are ( whatever the kind, I don’t want it in my house!) I paid to keep all of them out! I actually found their services by using Thumbtack and requested a quote. Chad was prompt in coming out to give me a quote, took a look at my home, listened to the problems I was facing and let me know that a basic service was all I'd need to take care of my spider issue. I was also having trouble with a bee's nest where we just took down 2 trees in the yard and rather than pitching me the more costly, full coverage services he offered an affordable one time service to take care of the bees when they came out to handle my basic service. Joe, their technician, came out to treat my home and did a wonderful job. He was careful to let me know what to expect, and made sure I knew to keep my dogs out of the front yard for the next 2 days because the bee colony would be extremely angry as they died off. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

You get what you pay for. That said, I am paying more with God Forth but I am getting a whole lot more. Service is very professional and customer service is clearly understood and truthful. Two salesmen showed up at my doorstep, and my husband told one of the reps that he was not interested. One of the reps just said that he wanted his help on a personal problem he was having on his cable (husband works for Spectrum - okay, good save, or so we thought). Thirty minutes later, said rep was on the phone with Spectrum customer service complaining about my husband not helping him with his problem. What type of reps does a company like this hire? Find another company with better sales reps. Update: Husband spoke with the manager, and made everything immensely better. Manager knew exactly who the employee was and said that he would take care of the situation.

Oct 22, 2016 Rodent Removal 5 out of 5 stars Verified review First Time Home Owner Has Uninvited House Guests I have mice in the attic and the kitchen; occasional wood roaches and a cricket infestation in my outside storage unit. Chad initially came out and assessed the situation. He confirmed the crickets which I originally thought were spiders. They're the size of a quarter! I was so grossed out by everything that I asked for his technician Joe to come out as quickly as possible. He arrived 2 days later. Joe is fearless! And very thorough. He sprayed a large swath of bug killer around the perimeter of my home, took care of the crickets in the storage shed with a hand sprayer, and laid traps for the mice in my attic, kitchen and the storage unit that houses my hot water heater. The assured me that the bug spray is not harmful to humans or house pets. He figured out why I'm getting the wood roaches, and it's a problem that I will unfortunately have to live with. If I see any critters, I am to call and they will come out again, otherwise they spray every quarter. A technician will check the mouse traps in one month, and adjust the number of traps based on the results. Chad and Joe both appear to be knowledgeable about their craft, and are willing to go the extra mile to assist a home owner.

This is my first experience with Go-Forth Pest Control. I was contacted by Chad after stumbling upon the Home Advisor website. Chad was AWESOME and very professional from the second I returned his call. He helped me with pricing and was able to schedule an appointment immediately that same day. Try getting those results anywhere else...You won't. So a big thank you to Chad for all of the help. The excellent customer service did not stop there. My technician Donnie was equally impressive. He arrived early for our appointment and was so helpful, thorough, and professional. I had alot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them without seeming to be in a rush. I really don't have words for how great he was, I am just very impressed. I'm hoping the level of excellent customer service continues with Go-Forth Pest Control. I felt the initial sales pitch was very misleading and the product was not as effective in removing the pests as I would have liked. When I called to express my concerns I was informed that the only way out of my contract was to pay an exorbitant fee. It is frustrating that the options are to either pay or continue working with a company I do not feel I can trust in.
