I go in here several times a year and always end up spending more than intended. But they sell great products at reasonable prices. These items are better than your Home Depot or Lowes products so dont be surprised if you pay a little more.

I've passed this place a million times, but today was the first time I stopped into Do It Yourself Pest Control, and I was pleasantly surprised. Chip was extremely helpful, and answered my many questions thoroughly. I was able to buy a very well made live catch mouse trap, and learned how to control wasps and fire ants. I was also very happy to learn that although their business is controlling pests, they do so in responsible way by promoting the conservation of honey bees. I would definitely recommended.

It was awful! The dipping sauce was more like watered down tomato juice.The tea was made weak and way to sweet. The salad had only 3 tiny pieces of tomato. I tasted onion once the rest was lettuce. The crackers were stale and the pizza just doesn't add up anymore. I gave them a 2 because the waitress was good ,nothing else

I had been hearing this noise coming from my floor that sounded like something was coming through it. I had noticed under the sink some droppings. After setting traps and being unsuccessful I decided to go to the E. North St Store where I met Jose. Jose was very knowledgeable about my situations and explained that I probably had mice or even a Rat. I bought the product that he suggested, put it out and I haven't heard the noise in several days. I went back in to thank Jose for the product, when I met Chip. Both these guys were awesome and I highly recommend this store and products for your pest and rodent needs!!! Thanks again Jose and Chip!!

Had a mouse problem at small farm shop in Ninety Six. They had invaded every square inch of my shop including a nest in the foot of my waders, shop towels, and radiator of my tractor. Gerrie recommended a bucket of the small block poison and several of the plastic boxes to place the bait(child safe as it takes a key to open). Also purchased 2 easy-to-use plastic mouse traps. In one week I found 4 dead mice and 3 in the traps. Plan to keep fresh bait in traps and boxes year round. Also use Talstar insecticide in my home that I purchased there. Odorless and works better than the ready-mix I had been getting at big box stores. Thanks Gerrie!

For years, be it for work, or for home, I have been given fantastic service because the employees have a phenomenal knowledge base that they use to direct the customer in the right direction for addressing their problems, with the right methods to use the products and ideas to prevent future problems cost effectively. This trip, I got the product I was looking for and while talking to Chip about an unrelated incident with a critter that got in my carport, he reminded me of a product they had that could be used that I did not think about at the time. He also offered some other methods that other customers told him they had employed with similar situations during our conversation. This may seem small, but this type of customer interaction with the attendant knowledge base that Chip had always makes for an exceptional experience that can only come by at-the-moment personal interaction unachievable on the Internet. I recommend going to see the folks at Do It Yourself Pest Control and talk to living people who know something from experience.

Guy at this stoor recommended Talstar P for oriental roaches, which was not satisfactory. Guy at the Anderson store recommended Viper & I have been getting much better results. Viper has an odor that lasts for about 12hrs when sprayed inside. Just ventilate the interior when spraying, it will help.

On September 20 the I drove an hour To this store after reading the positive Reviews. Although the salesclerk Seemed very well informed about his Products he was also very unfriendly And acted like answering my questions Was a real inconvenience . When I asked for help identifying The roaches I wanted to kill I was Told to look at the roach poster on the Wall. When I asked for one close enough that I could see the small Print I was told "that!s the only one We have." Very unhelpful and unpleasant salesperson.
