My husband informed the office that we still have a pest problem. They were supposed to come back out today to check the traps. No one has contacted us. This is very upsetting especially since we informed the office earlier in the week that the problem hasn't been rectifie and they stated to tell the exterminator when he came back out today.

The service is fine, but it is literally impossible to get in touch with anybody to make an appointment. We have had them for three years now, and every time it is taking at least a week of me calling until I finally get in touch with someone. I’ll leave a voicemail but never get called back. Other times I’ll try calling multiple times throughout the day. But once again I continuously get the voicemail.
