I have no idea why somebody would rate this company with one star. My apartment complex has been using this company since I moved in 5 years ago. Every technician they have ever sent to my home is professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. And I usually tend to have a lot of questions. I have never got the impression that the tech was on a time or rushed and didn't have time for me. I live in an older building, more than 50 years old, roaches are a fact of life here. So when we have a neighbor who doesn't keep their apartment clean it affects everyone in the building. The folks at Cramer do a fast and effective job of getting rid of these disgusting creatures. I guess I am the opposite of one of the reviewers. If I can give this company six Stars I would

On Thursday April 12,2018 @ 9:00a.m scheduled appointment @ 901 Place Apartments in Charlotte, NC with Cramer Pest Control. Someone inspected my room but didn't took the Heat Treatment Checklist taped inside of my door. My question is: Why the person opened my luggage which was closed & placed under my bed & took out MY PERSONAL photo album & placed it on my desk? If it was a treatment procedure, why leaving the rest of my belongings in the luggage? I felt totally violate of my privacy & definitely will stay home (in my room), if it is going to be a next time with that SAME company. If I could rate less than one star...I certainly would (My opinion).

The best service! Larry Is wonderful and treats us like family! A company I feel that I can trust with all my needs. Very thorough job, handles everything in a timely manner & makes me feel like I am never a problem. A true god send!

The individuals of that company will nickel and dime anything to any form of profit especially if they're in charge of fogging an apartment. The prep sheet that they leave is super vague because this is the second week and make sure everything is maintained and clean but they say I feel prep because my cabinets was not empty but the week after when everything was out they told me I also fail prep because there was a plate in the bedroom the plate in question was empty and clean. I believe they're scamming Elmsley Grove Apartment Complex to make whatever they can to get by.if there are legit they won't be vague when it comes to their cockroach treatment preparation sheet.
