I contracted with them for a termite letter. They say that they send the request to do their service in the mail, but I NEVER RECEIVED it. They wait awhile and when you don't respond, they drop your termite letter that is required when you own your own home! Consequently, for whatever reason, they CALL my work and set up phone interviews, but don't send letters in the mail . So, after dropping me, I went to another provider and they requested my information from Corder and I called and requested it, but no surprise, I never received it!

Outstanding, friendly service. Corder pest control llc, has the most understanding staff. Daniel is the gentleman that always comes out to our house. (myself, my son, both my grandparents and two dogs), Everytime I speak to Daniel on the phone the first thing he asks about is my grandmother who is battling cancer, with that being said Daniel has been so helpful when he comes by, and only uses chemicals with little to no smell, chemicals that are child and pet friendly. He is great when he speaks to my son, and my grandfather who can be a little rough around the edges. He remembers us by name, and I swear my grandparents have me call him, just to have him come out to the house so they can visit with him. Haha. But really, their services are always one of a kind, and always done with a smile. I am always grateful to have them come out. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for someone to come out to take care of whatever they need for pest control.
