I used Columbia Certified Pest Control years ago I believe first at one of our very large homes in SC. The price was very good,the work was efficient and the issues were taken care of. I also liked their ability to focus on special detail and determine the correct treatment necessary to take care of german cockroaches,BED BUGS and other pests that Columbia Certified Pest Control treats as well they identify the pests. The vehicles are clean looking,visible to see and clean cut uniforms. Columbia certified pest control is professional,organized ,well mannered and work well with getting into contact with tenants,etc to schedule treatments. I really enjoy using their services and they are affordable.Thanks a lot.

The people at Columbia Certified Pest Control were very nice and professional, on time, worked very fast, and most of all very affordable. They answered all my initial questions which helped put my mind at ease. I ended up signing up for their quarterly service. I would definitely recommend this place!! Great job!

I had a pest control company do a bed bug treatment with chemical only in August and by September they were back. Heard about Heat treatment and Columbia Pest Control did it and havent seen one sense. Thanks guys, my family can sleep better.

I was excited that they took my appointment 2 days before I needed them. The gentleman that came out was professional and took approximately 30 mins to inspect my property. I wanted to give this company 2 1/2 stars due to his promise time on the report need. His promise was by Monday afternoon, no later than end of business day. I had to call SEVERAL times, even my realtor called. I had to tell the receptionist if it wasn't received by a certain time, I wanted a refund. I did receive my report eventually but it really put me in a bind and added pressure to complete what I needed in a timely manner. However thank you all for coming out.

They actually did my second bed bug treatment. The first company who did the treatment, organ, I thought things went well but three months later I had it back again and they gave no guarantee and wanted to charge half the price. They only did the chemical treatment. I called Columbia certified Pest Control, they actually did the heat treatment and it's been 6 months and still no bed bugs. I waited to make sure that the bed bugs are gone before I wrote a review.
