My technician was Phillip and he went above and beyond explaining what he was doing and even freed a (unfortunately) dead rat snake from lawn webbing in my yard. These guys work on Saturdays and . My case came the very next day and performed the first service. Knowledgable and professional along with being quick. Identified we had black widow spiders and treat for everything. If their products are as good as the customer service this will be who I use every year for pest control at my home. Thanks phillip. Clear Defense Chattanooga continues to impress. Zac and Kurtis' attention to detail on today's quarterly service was very impressive. First, I received an email about a week in advance telling me what time they were coming. The window was 9:30am to 10am. They showed at 9:29 - Thank you! Nothing irritates me more than a service provider plumber, electrician, etc giving a time and not abiding by the time given and Clear Defense Chattanooga, over the last year, has always been a couple of minutes before time given. Prior to using Clear Defense Chattanooga, I used a competitor that name rhymes with mucinex and they were always late. I also like the detail and pride that Zac and Kurtis took while performing the service. Very professional and answered all my questions. If you're not using Clear Defense Chattanooga, you are missing out on exceptional pest control service. Most importantly, I haven't seen any pests, not even a house fly, since I started using them.

Tom, one of the service guys, was driving by our home (on his way to a neighbor's house for an appointment) when we asked him for help. Our cat had gotten stuck down a storm drain, and we were trying to get the lid off and rescue him. We flagged Tom down and he not only stopped and listened, he got out of the truck, went down into the drain and helped us try to get the cat. Unfortunately, we didn't get him then (but did later on), but Tom was kind, thoughtful, friendly and the kind of person I would trust to take care of our home defense needs. We are moving in 2 weeks, but I did tell him we will be looking into who services our new home and see if CLEAR DEFENSE services our new area. He is a true gem of a person! Thank you!!!

I am updating my review after our 2nd service. Kyle did a great job and was very thorough and very professional. Philip performed our initial treatment today, and he was very thorough & professional. Having used other pest control companies before, this company does seem a tad bit more thorough. We love the fact that since we are on their quarterly plan, we can ask them to come out anytime to address issues that pop up (spiders, wasp nests, etc.) in between the quarterly treatments. Prices seem competitive, or at least in line with what their competition charges. I will try to update my review after the first quarter.

Tom was very professional and courteous, of not only explaining to us what he was doing, but also showed respect to our homes interior and exterior surrounding. Once Tom completed the company's Pest control system, Tom also Email us a complete report showing the products being used, pest targeted, Locations Treated, Technician Notes, a caution note, and lastly and service invoice. I have reviewed some of the others Pest Control Company, as some claimed to give some of the product service compared to Clear Defense Pest Control Company gives many pest product protection to your home surrounding. I highly recommend this company for your pest control, their price is great for the pest control service. Remember, buying cheap will give you cheap returns, or in this case return bugs.

Philip cleared and marked a yellow jacket nest in the ground for me and sprayed our home and yard for general pest. Was working for about 45 to 1 hour ensuring our home is pest free. I've had issues with other companies ghost spraying and not really doing work. Glad to have found this company. I like their guarentee on their contracts as this ensures that work must be done right the first time or they have to come back out for free until the pest is gone (for covered pests ... which is a lot of them)

This is a pest control service. Curtis, the young man who came to my home, did a splendid job. He went around the outside of my home first and knocked down all webs and wasp nests. Then he sprayed and activated spray to encompass at least 4 feet from my home. Next he came inside and sprayed the perimeter of my home up and downstairs. Clear Defense uses environmentally friendly products so that you if you have pets they are safe. Kurtis was so polite and efficient that it renewed some of my faith in the younger generation!
