I used Clarks for three years because that’s who the builder used. They will come once every year for a 10 min walkthrough, never moved a piece of furniture or really inspected anything. For three years, they didn’t replace a single termite bate. Canceled the service after years of useless service. Just buy the baits yourself and save the extra cost
