Amazing customer service! Friendly and efficient. They returned my call promptly and made a home visit the day I requested service. We had an ant infestation and the exterminator, Ross, went above and beyond crawling all around the outside of the house to discover the entry point. I definitely recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. We had a termite bond with them. We left 2 messages by phone for them to call us to answer a question. No response. Then they sent us a bill to renew our bond. We had to send 3 emails to let them know we did not want service anymore before they responded.

New Management has ruined this company! We have been with them for years and sometime last year a new manager came in and told the field team to just start showing up at peoples houses unannounced. Our dog was going crazy because someone was in the back yard. I was told that new manager insisted the team simply show up to homes. When I asked to be called I never received a call. When I called and left a message I never received a call.They just basically dropped up . When my husband called today he was told we have a note that since you did not want us coming unannounced you have to call us and then asked why my husband was calling. To which he responded .....good question and hung up and found a new company. Way to take a great company and sink it!
