Came out to spray my house while it was raining. They used granular outside of my house. Still seeing a roach per night in my living room/kitchen. Called for the ‘free’ respray within the 30 days. Lady told me I had an infestation and it would be another sixty dollars for them to come spray again. A roach per night is not an infestation. It’s due to y’all laying granular outside of my house WHILE IT WAS RAINING and not spraying underneath my house.

Gary with Brett pest control was awesome! I got stuck in traffic on 281 and wasn't able to make it to my house in time to meet him so he got started on the outside and by the time I got there he was ready to go inside. He was very polite and professional and I would definitely recommend Brett pest control to a friend.
