After having them for 2 years and paying 200.00 a year they literally walked around the outside of the house and that was it. After calling to complain I ended my contract through them. No refund for poor services. My neighbors use Massey and I always see them preventing. Our neighbors never have issues with termites or pests.

We have been customers for around 15 years and are extremely happy with their service! Every technician has been professional and always on time! The office staff is always courteous and accommodating of our schedules. The only time we had to make an emergency call was when ants invaded our living room. They sent a tech out right away and handled the problem! Arrow is a great family-owned business that I highly recommend!

Whats up Arrow? Why are you allowing this family with 2 small children to live in this home without repair? No access to 2 entryways or exits, rotting stairs, deck floorboards off so children can not go outside to play, absolutely no siding left on the home. Just watched this segment on the news where you dropped a family in Hanahan once they filed a claim and mediation failed. What's wrong here? According to the news segment, the company is not handling the repairs or costs. Just dropped their coverage once the claim was filed. What's up with this Arrow company? Why are you blasting on fb malice toward the reporter who covered the story and providing malicious and personal information on FB about the family involved? Your customer's perception is also your company's reality. Wouldn't just honoring their contract and making their home livable be the right thing to do, as per the contract they paid for and your self proclaimed company integrity?

We had a huge problem with mosquitoes in our back yard. We couldn't even step foot outside with out being attacked. I called Arrow to get all my options. Scott came the next day and treated both front and back yard. He did a wonderful job and was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything was taken care of and let us know if we needed anything else to make sure and call and he would be back out. We were finally able to enjoy our back yard. Definitely recommend Scott and Arrow pest control for all your pest control needs!

We discovered termites when taking some carpeting up (on a Sunday). We called Arrow the next day and they came out within 2-3 hours. The problem was treated by Friday. Very satisfied with the professionalism of all the pest control techs that came out.
