I support local everything! I do not however support this business. I used Armstrong for years at my business so I decided to use them on my new home. Came out in May to spray and said to call them if the black ants returned. They returned and I called ... 13 times in 3 months with the same response every time ... someone will call you back we are very busy because of the rain ... then it was we are trying to get to everyone asap. All these respones were lies as well as the ones today and yesterday. I contacted them yet again yesterday and was told the would be at my home at 9am to reaolve the issue. The tech showed up at 10:44am sat in my driveway and then left. I called customer service and she said they forgot the chemicals. Lie! I called back before noon (considering I live about a mile from them) and the owner stated he could not get out of the truck due to the dogs ... the dogs are contained on a deck 5 feet off the ground with a 4-6 foot fence around them! Lie! Tammy then proceeds to say the tech will be there at 2 considering I had to run and get my daughter which was fine again waiting! 4:20 the tech comes to the door spouts out some BS garbage and tells me he is only spraying the inside because it has been 3 months. I explain to him I have called 13 times and he says not his problem that is to be taken up with customer service. I refuse the job, tell him he can leave and that this is outrageous and that I will call Tammy and speak to her and that I am also letting everyone know about this issue! After I shut the door he yells from my porch YOU HAVE PROBLEMS and that I can't ruin their business. Note to Armstrong ... I don't have to ruin your business y'all are doing that all by yourself! Do Not Use This Company ... YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Terrible customer service. Issues with pest control service and the people that answer the phone. It is a family oppration.....used them for years due to that. After the father past away we received terrible service and ZERO follow up when issues arrised. The service is MUCH better at Terminex and the treatment that took Armstrong 3 times (we were on a monthly plan with Armstrong) to do and still not did not work only takes Terminex 1 time to do every 3 months. Terminex cost less and works MUCH better. Trust me after 15 years of service with Armstrong..... I know the difference. Sorry I did not change service earlier. Sad customer, Andrew

Our dad was sick and dying of cancer Oct 2016. Nothing would settle his mind till he got Armstrong pest control out. We did ASAP for him. The gentleman came and was so very knowledgeable in best treatment with dads illness. He was so respectful to dad, very fair in pricing, and even came back to see how dads home handled the treatment without bothering his medical condition. Thats true compassion. We appreciate that with 2 visits dads home was cleared out of bugs. Easy clean up. Best of all in dads last weeks he was extremely happy with their friendly service. We will be using their services again . In todays world its hard to come by a company whose not just out for the dollar, but out to bring relief in ridding homes of these pesky insects. I would recommended them 100%.

We had them come out today and the gentleman that did everything was so amazing and personable and informed me about everything he was gonna do I am very happy with his work and feel so much better knowing things are taken care of thank you so much and I highly recommend this company!!!!

You call their number and its sounds like a scam calling for publishers clearing house... call the other number and it never works.. very sketchy
