I missed an appointment and asked for a standing Wednesday appointment never received a text back. My services were canceled (by text)because they came out a second time with no notice. I blocked your number which means no more Sunday texts. Picking up the phone the old school way works much better, do customers have a say as to how they want to be contacted? Your lose not mine! Your response proves how little a fish you are, my apologies!

Mr Rufus is an amazing pest control guy... we where remodeling our kitchen and got a stove off the enternet when I arrived we didn't know it was infested with roaches that in turn infested our kitchen.. after months trying to get them out of the house and me to the point of burning bown the house and letting them have it all, we called apex... I could not have been happier with our service. Within the first week of his visit they where drastic difference I was seeing more dead then alive and after his second visit they where all gone... I couldn't be happier with the service that Rufus and his team has given he will be my pest control guy for as long as he is in business... Thank you for giving me my house back

I have a lot of trees in my yard, which brings in a lot of carpenter ants. I had done everything I could (baits, sprays, granules) and nothing would work. I called Rufus Mazzell @ Apex Pest Control. We had an appointment time of 9am. He showed up 10 minutes early, Was done in 30 minutes and gone. The first 24 hours I noticed the ants weren't in the house anymore. A week later I don't even see them in the yard anymore. Very professional, Very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone in the tri-county area.

Quick, quality service. Because of hurricane Hermine, we had to cancel our Friday morning appointment. We are moving on Monday, so we really needed it done before then. IF not allowed please delete. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND APEX PEST CONTROL AT ALL! They were great at first but let me tell you. i had an appointment on friday and was unable to keep it. i called thursday two times and then again on friday six times. left a voicemail and asked for them to call me back maybe monday. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. HE WAITS UNTIL SUNDAY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY TO CALL AT 4 IN THE AFTERNOON!!!! I am not going to answer the phone in the middle of my childrens birthday party. No voicemail was left!! then i get a phone call when a tech is walking up to my house. I explain to the tech that now is not a good time, and that NO APPOINTMENT was ever confirmed with me!!! Nor did my phone calls get recieved. I asked the tech could he come out on friday at four if that was okay. He says yes maam of course!!! Then his boss sends me a text message to cancel my service!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!! THIS IS MY FAULT? YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND BUDDY!! YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CALLED ME 73 TIMES AND REPEATEDLY MESSAGED MY MOTHER AND HAD TO BE TOLD TO STOP CALLING THAT I WOULD GET BACK TO YOU WHEN I COULD AFFORD IT BY MY MOTHER! ON THE ONE MONTH I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY RIGHT ON THE 15TH YOU HAD TO WAIT A WEEK AND NOW YOUR PISSED BC YOU MESSED UP? AND THEN YOU CANCEL SOMEONES SERVICE VIA TEXT MESSAGE! WOW LET ME EXPLAIN SOMETHING THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND IF IT IS!! THIS IS HOW YOU LOOSE A BUSINESS!! I DONT EVEN WISH YOU GOOD LUCK. RUFUS MIZZELL!!

After seeing several spiders and a lot of palmetto bugs, I had enough. I couldn't sit on the couch in the evening without seeing a bug climb the wall. YUCK. We were seeing at least 2 every night. I called Apex and they came out to spray inside and outside. It was as if a bubble was put over the house. We didn't see anymore. It was amazing. I was so surprised at how quick they were able to resolve our pesty pest issue. I'm so grateful to have found them. Rufus is extremely friendly, punctual and thorough in what he does. The pricing is fantastic. I didn't think I would be able to afford regular visits but he makes it so affordable and I love the peace of mind each month.

We had a problem with fleas, and needed to take care of the problem asap! Mr.Rufus came out the day after I called and treated our house and garage. The very first treatment took care of our living room, but the garage still had fleas. He came out a few days after and sprayed again, FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!! He said he was going to make sure the fleas were gone, and that's exactly what he did. I'm so glad I found him, he was very trustworthy and very professional. Thank you so much for all your help!
