I'm typically not one to complain or write reviews but I really felt the need to based upon our experience with this company. The only positive thing I have to say about Ambush is that they are extremely nice and never rude, especially considering the amount of times I've had to call and complain. We used them for about 3 years but decided to cancel due to the extremely unorganized office. These people were constantly contacting us telling us we hadn't paid our bill and every time we called and told them it was on our bank statement, their response always was "our system is having some problems" and would let the issue go. This happened at least 5 or 6 times in the 3 years we had them. We constantly had to ask them to come respray because we'd often see bugs all over the house that we shouldn't have. I cancelled my service over THREE months ago and they called me last week to schedule an appointment to spray. I reminded them that I'd cancelled my service months ago and paid our bill in full. The very next week I got a $300 bill in the mail saying it was over 60 days past due!!!!! When I called, yet again, to remind them that we'd cancelled our service 3 months ago and paid our bill in full they proceeded to blame it on their NEW system. This company is not keeping up with things in their office, which is the main reason why we cancelled with them. I got tired of hearing the excuse that it was their old system and now that they've got a new system, they're blaming it as well. My thought is, all of those times they accused me of not paying my bill, if I wouldn't have said something, would they have ever reimbursed me for THEIR MISTAKE???
