Talk about service!!! I called earlier today as I was unable to walk outside my house, let alone enjoy my outdoor living space without losing a pint of blood due to the mosquitoes. Advanced Termite and Pest Control was able to get a technician out within hours of my call and the difference is already noticeable. I had used another service last year and could not tell that anything had been done so I was hesitant. The results today were immediate. Now I am actually looking forward to being outside again.

We live in Maryland but own a house that our daughter rents and needed an emergency call for a rodent infestation. e had no idea who to call and randomly called Advanced. They sent an email to my daughter with a picture of the service technician to let her know who would be calling. The service rep Kevin Hart was professional, friendly very helpful and efficient. My daughter and her roommates were very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Thank you, Advanced!!!!!

Advanced Termite & Pest Control sent an extremely knowledgeable salesperson to our house who clearly had our best interests at heart. He recommended a pest control plan that was best suited for our family which includes my wife and 2 toddlers as well as two dogs. I opted to go with "green' pest control products after the initial treatment. We compared several other companies and decided that Advanced Termite & Pest Control's termite bond made the most sense and was priced in the middle of the pack but they had the most detailed initial inspections and were on promptly on time when I met with the salesperson on two different occasions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a Formosan termite bond or if your current pest control company isn't meeting your expectations. We have not seen a single bug since we signed up in March this year and it is currently in the peak of the summer. I highly recommend the "pest plus" program that includes mosquito fogging as a part of our 6 annual treatments which I like rather than paying just as much money for just 4 annual treatments. When we have a termite inspection we are left a detailed inspection report that entails what they saw and treated that day and the time they were at our house as well as any recommendations. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism from the office staff to the salesperson to the technicians. I will be referring my family, friends and neighbors!!! K. O'Shea - Mt. Pleasant, SC

They come when they want if they show up. I'm not impressed or happy with this company. One more service and I'm done with their contract. The owner also promised a Free month and treatment for the ant farms on my yard but only received 1/2 of what was promised. All and all, I'm done. You can probably do everything by yourself and it would be cheaper and more effective. They give you a day headsup so I never have time to request time to take time off at work, so they only go around the outside of my home for $70 a month. Like I said you can do a better job yourself. Update: Upon reading their feedback on my review, They come when they want. When we started it was at the beginning of the month. Now it's at the end for some reason. The back of my house is unlocked, the previous tech knew there was a whole on the fence to come in, the backyard side door has never worked so why not ask the customer or try calling before leaving your home, it's reasonable, specially if it's going to be a different tech. Also, I understand the business hours but receiving an email the day before is no doable for people that work. A day in advance. A day, they send you an email. Are ya'll going to call out work and leave everyone hanging so they can do the inside of your home or come to back?? I spoke to owner about them forgetting my home and he said next service is free and we can add the ant treatment for free. I apologize we didn't show up. Yeah, that's why they didn't charge me cause they forgot I was their customer and forgot my house. So, they showed up this month, only did the front of the outside of my home because the tech didn't know about the fence and come and recommended me the ant treatment again, the owner forgot he promised, I guess. I mean, they forgot to give my home service before. I called cause the bill says due $70, not the small letters next to it that said we won't bill you. I guess the accounting concept is hard as well. Bill and put a credit so the remaining balance is 0, not write next to it you won't be billed. Anywho, the receptionist had no clue the agreement the owner had with me to keep my business. You give me good customer service, I will be the most loyal customer. I pay on time. I call if anything happens on my end to straighten things out. I don't owe nobody nothing! So, it's up to you and what kind of customer you are. If you don't care about customer service this is the place for you.

Don't wait to start your pest control until you have a problem, and don't use anyone else other than Advanced Termite & Pest Control. For as long as I have owned a house, I have performed preventative maintenance for pest control. Advanced not only shares my belief in a positive preventative maintenance plan, but won't charge you a fortune for it, and will actually send knowledgeable technicians that are eager to answer questions and address concerns - right then. It is also important to note that Advanced is owned and staffed with the right people doing the right things - they WILL take care of you if you have waited too long and have a serious issue! The team at Advanced Termite + Pest Control rocks. They quickly helped me identify and eliminate formosean termites in a live oak next to my house BEFORE the pests spread to my home. They used the Sentricon system which is highly effective without using tons of chemicals. Now they also handle my regular pest control. Plus they helped me eliminate a pesky problem with silverfish. They're friendly, responsive and as easy on the environment as you can be while still getting the job done. I highly recommend them.

Our school first began using Advanced at the Preschool and Kindergarten because our children were being devoured by mosquitoes and gnats. The playground area has virtually bug free for over 8 years. If we have any "sightings" I only have to text or email Mr. Marenakis and his staff takes care of the problem immediately. I have also used this company in my own yard and have found it to be effective keeping bugs out of my home as well as my outside areas. We live one block from the marsh and spend lots of time outside around the pool. Again, I am amazed by the effectiveness of the product and service offered by Advanced Termite + Pest control.

Will has been THE MAN who first inspected "like no other" a property for my family, and his professionalism, competence, user-friendliness, and exceptional service ultimately resulted in his company securing contracts with FOUR of my family's homes. Will consistently goes above and beyond in serving/servicing my family and I, and so long as Will is with AT&PC, I would not consider ANY other termite/pest control company. Will is also backed up by a tremendous office/administrative staff. In short, I don't want to have to worry about my and/or my family's homes with regard to termites/pests. This company was very helpful to us when we were in a tough spot with the purchase of a new home. From the person answering the phones to the initial assessor (Will = incredibly helpful, patient, nice) and installers, they are all friendly. I chose the Sentricon system, they didn't have to poke holes in my crawl space encapsulation, and the effectiveness of their product is good enough that they offer a repair bond with it. They were also very competitively priced.

After all of the crazy rain and flooding these past 2 months, our mosquito problem was out of control. We called Advanced Termite and Pest Control and could not have been more pleased. From the friendly and helpful office manager, to the knowledgeable technician who came out promptly to spray, they are top notch. I needed to get an estimate on a treatment and bond in order to close on time for a home purchase. Advanced sent someone out that afternoon. Will was great! He went into a very tight crawlspace that another wouldn't. He also found several things that were missed on the home inspection.Very nice and thorough!

Wonderful company! I contacted this company back when I lived in my apartment. I had found a palmetto bug in my sock drawer and freaked out since I was not from this state and thought I had an infestation. I called the company to see if they would come by my apartment and they instructed me on further steps to take to solve my issue. Then a few weeks later moved into a house and made sure that I contacted them to set up regular service. They came out just after I moved in and sprayed both the inside and outside of my house. The product that they used it worked wonderfully and I did not find any live roaches or other bugs in my house for a month and a half. When I finally did see a live bugs they came out the same day that I called to conduct a free service and re-spray my house. The woman that runs the reception desk/dispatch service that I talked to is wonderful and so is my bug spray guy that comes out to my house. They are kind courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

Awesome, awesome service. I called and spoke to Katie. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. They are fair priced and they did an awesome job. I had a fire ant and wolf spider problem. The wolf spiders were getting about 2-4 feet in diameter. Monstrous. We lost one of our cats to one. I hated that damn cat, but my wife was very upset about it so I called Advanced. They showed up with with two M1 Abrams tanks and 4 gentleman equipped with M9A1-7 flame throwers. I felt this was a bit too much, but then again these pests were growing out hand. Hell it was getting dangerous just walking to the car. Advanced attacked and the spiders retaliated. The fire ants actually allied with the spiders to take on Advanced. The battle went on for about 18 hours even made local live 5 news. After the dust settled Advanced victoriously walked away and the enemy had been defeated. We are now pest free. I had them do a termite bond as well on the house which I found they are more then reasonably priced. Would highly recommend no matter how big of a pest issue you have. These guys can get the job done!

Mark and his team at Advanced are very friendly, professional and timely in everything they do. If I have any sort of pest problem, I never hesitate to give them a call because I know they will respond quickly. We recently had to fight an insurance claim for water damage under our home in the crawlspace. Luckily, due to the proper due diligence of Advanced, they had been under out home on a regular basis, and Will was able to write a letter for us proving that the water leak was a sudden event and causing the insurance company to change their mind and cover our claim. This saved us THOUSANDS of dollars!! We will continue to use and recommend Advanced and feel grateful to have them on our side.
