Fast, easy, honest, and reasonably priced. I had an ant problem that I didn't want to get out of hand, and called Guardian for quick and reliable service. Eric was the tech who came out and was very informative, courteous, and efficient. I will be using them for any future issues, without a doubt.

I manage a few high-rise buildings in RI. We have tried a few companies in the past, but they were all unable to take care of the ongoing pest problems we had in our buildings. That’s when I called Guardian. They were completely different than the companies I’ve dealt with in the past. They were organized, thorough, and effective. Guardian has cleaned out all my buildings for bedbugs, mice and cockroaches. I have had them treat my own home and they were successful in getting rid of my ants. I’ve referred them to other property managers I know and most definitely would recommend them for pest elimination in any setting !

I have never heard of Guardian Pest Control so I asked my friends if they were familiar with the company. Two of my friends replied with very positive feedback for me to make my decision. I called Guardian and spoke with Susanne she was very Professional, knowledgeable and sent me Jacob. He explain the whole process and took care of my mice problem. The young man went above and beyond for me. He was extremely patient in answering my questions. Jacob and Susanne are very customer service oriented. Susanne, at the office was very determined to make my next appointment to coincide with my busy schedule. She, also was very courteous, patient and professional. In this age of indifference, it is such a pleasure to work with a company whose main focus is customer service. I have seen no mice activity since.

Put treatment notices on ALL entrances to a home, not just the front door.. Guardian sent a letter saying that a tech would come to do a treatment sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM. The note also said that no one should be in the apartment for 4 hrs after treatment. Well, I sat inside for 1 1/2 hrs before finding out that Guardian came at 10 AM while no one was home. I eventually figured out someone had been there and called for more info. The rep I spoke to acted as if this was my fault because I didn't read the treatment notice left on the front door. And how was I supposed to know to check the front door for a notice? I came in through the backway (where no notice was left) shortly before 11, and treatment wasn't supposed to happen until 11 at the earliest. I'd know if the tech was here during the scheduled time because I was home.. and I'd imagine that they'd ask me to leave.

When I bought my current house 5 years ago there was a field mouse problem in my basement. I called Guardian because they were local and for one flat fee they came out multiple times until the problem was solved. They then placed baiting stations around the house to keep them at Bay. I have used them ever since on an annual contract, and a couple years ago they erradicated a black ant nest in my crawl space. They are family owned and all the techs remember my name when they come to the house, I have recomended them more than once to my neighbors whenever anyone asks on the Neighborhood website.

We called Guardian Pest Control because of a few mice that had taken up residence somewhere in our stove and in our attic. We had set our own mouse traps, but we had not been successful in catching them so we decided to hire an exterminator. I had called their office and within a week or so, I had an appointment for them to do a house inspection and give us an estimate. Eric from Guardian Pest Control showed up right on time, and he was personable, professional, and thorough in explaining the process of setting traps to catch the mice and in doing the job. The estimate was sent by e-mail and because I had read good reviews, I did not bother getting another estimate. On September 24, Eric set traps in the places most likely mice would be, behind our stove, in the basement, and in our attic. He returned for a follow up assessment on October 15. Maria, the very pleasant, administrative assistant in the office, called a few days before each appointment just to confirm each date. The traps that Eric set seem to have taken care of the problem, since we no longer hear any mice noises in our stove and two mice were caught in the traps. It was a real pleasure working with Eric from Guardian Pest Control. He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Working within the Property Management field dealing with many tenants sometimes is difficult when they are dealing with a pest issue. Guardian Pest Control makes the rest so easy. The prompt and stellar service along with great customer and personable service helps in such situations. The techs are so knowledgeable in their field and can answer any question you may have, even the craziest ones I have had. With that being said from my experience, I will continue to use them for the successful rates they have proven to have in quickly solving pest issues.

My small dog contracted fleas which quickly infested my house. My husband and I, and our toddler were all covered in flea bites and no matter how many deep cleans I did they would not go away. I reached out to Guardian Pest control and was immediately impressed with the experience. The staff was organized and timely, and was able to be flexible around my schedule. Eric was able and willing to describe exactly what they were going to do over the phone prior to their visit. Once at my house they were very comfortable working around my daughter and dog, putting the whole family at ease. I usually do not write reviews however Guardian Pest Control deserves one! Ticks were all over my yard and getting brought inside by my dog and Guardian eliminated the problem completely! I recently had Guardian compete an ant treatment and once again no more ants! I highly recommend these guys!!! We just bought a new house in Providence. Unfortunately, after moving in we quickly discovered it had a horrible mouse problem. It was bad. I called Guardian Pest Control and they took care of the problem. Eric is who came out to our house, he was very professional and informative. I am so happy we called Guardian Pest Control. Patrick from Guardian Pest Control survived our home in Pawtucket for cockroaches and Rats - we had another company before Guardian and this other company just couldn't take care of the problem ! The rat was destroying our home and the cockroaches were ruining our life!! Within hours of calling guardian Patrick was here to start with his work! Needless to say by the time he left the cockroaches were in trouble and the rat left with him!! AMAZING!! I would never EVER chose another company after dealing there professional prompt service ! We have been using Guardian since we first moved in to our home in 2016. When first moving to our home we were sad to find out pests were a problem- and called Guardian who came out to address our issues right away. Eric was the first person we worked with and he was wonderful, answering many questions and informing us of the home protection plan. We have since utilized the home protection plan each year. It is so nice to know I can call Guardian when the ants start finding their way in and have it be taken care of quickly, and without charge since we have paid our yearly plan fee. We have been lucky to work with both Jacob and Patrick during our necessary services between yearly visits. Both Jacob and Patrick are extremely professional, courteous, and kind. We used Guardian Pest Control for Tick and Mosquito service for our yard. We didn’t see one tick or mosquito the whole season. The scheduled out service well. Came on time. Thought we had a termite issue and called on a Saturday morning. Joe Martin called back within 2 minutes of me leaving a message, came over an hour later, did a 30 minute inspection of the outside of my home, basement, bulkhead, garage.... thankfully NO termites (but likely another bug that is harmless and easy to rid on my own). Joe was incredibly helpful, generous with his time, and refused to even accept a tip for his time (and the inspection was at no charge). Have never written a review before, but feel compelled from my experience today with Joe. Any issue we ever have in the future I will be calling Joe at Guardian.
