Called Rob to schedule a visit to treat a small mouse problem we were having in our house. Every aspect of dealing with Rob was fantastic. First, I checked out his website and it is full of great information about different critter problems. Plus, I was able to see other great reviews which gave me confidence in calling Rob. He was right on time, and did a really thorough walk through of my house to diagnose the problem and the trouble areas. He then gave me a very fair quote and came back the same week to fix the problem. And most importantly, we have not had a single mouse sighting since his visit!!! Rob took the care and time to seal up all exterior openings he could find where a mouse could get into the house in addition to putting bait down. Most importantly, Rob was funny and took care when working in our house and around our stuff. I will recommend him to our friends and neighbors and Cobra Pest was great find for us!!

This review is long overdue. I can't praise Rob from Cobra Pest control enough. He's the best. I had a family of raccoons living in one of my building causing all kinds of damage. I initially called one of the top rated pest control companies and was very disappointed. They wasted three months and my money. I called Rob and he solved my problem in THREE DAYS!! Ten minutes after I left a message for Cobra Pest Control, Rob Sullivan returned my call and set up an appointment. When he inspected the property, he photographed the gaps around the foundation of the house and explained the steps he would take to close those gaps. After years of other companies simply treating the problem, it was Cobra Pest Control that finally eliminated the problem.

I have been using Rob Sullivan's Cobra Pest Control for many years and have found him knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous no matter what pest problem I had. When I first began using Cobra, I had a field mice problem at my tenement in Johnston. Unlike the first exterminators I used, Rob found and sealed access points to prevent more mice from coming into the house, placed traps, and in no time the problem was eradicated. Since that time, I have used Rob's services at all my residences for specific problems and preventative maintenance (seasonal spraying to keep spiders, ants etc. out of my home) and I have always been pleased with the results.

Very good experience with these guys. My tenant had seen what she thought were termites swarming in the door frame. Cobra had a lot of good reviews on home advisor, so I ordered apt online after hours. Got a call first thing the next morning to confirm.. They arrived a little after the scheduled time, but very personable. Rob and Dennis let me know that what we were seeing were fungus gnats and not termites and didn't need to treat for them. I asked if they wanted anything for the consult and they said no.Trustworthy...I'd use them again

Rob and Robin were true professionals from start to finish. Rob came out and gave a free inspection for one of my rental properties that was having a bug issue. Pointed out several ways the mice were entering the house and garage and placed the bait in the proper places and explained why. I was having some problems with mice.In the past I have alway taken care of it myself but RI mice are more persistent than the mice in upstate NY so after I tried everything I could think of I had Rob come out for a free inspection.This guy found spots where the mice were getting in where I would never even think to look.When Rob came back to seal the house,he sealed every little nook or crack thoroughly and would not leave until he was sure that I was satisfied. While he was here,he took care of some hornet nests under my roof as well. I would highly recommend Cobra Pest Control to anyone having issues with pests in their homes.These guys really know their business!

I called Cobra Pest Control for a small mouse problem in the house we recently bought. Rob came out to do a free inspection and then provided me with a detailed estimate with an optional rodent-proofing service. The estimate was extremely fair and lower than other companies I had contacted. I called to schedule the work and they were able to come back in less than a week. Rob showed up right on time and completed all of the work in about 2 hours. He found the entry point where the mice were getting in. It was in a spot that was covered by overgrown weeds and brush so we had no idea. He filled that entry point and sealed it and also sealed any holes larger than a 1/4 inch around the entire house. Really impressed with his work and the thoroughness that he went to. Highly recommend calling Cobra if you have any pest issues at all.

Rob came over and told me these particular mites were harmless and are just seeking moist environments, so they would come in on hot dry days. He said I could spray the property, but there is no need to. I was very impressed that Rob spoke honestly and did not try to sell me on some service I didn't need.
