Yellowjackets colonized a chair on the front porch. A good Wasp Freeze treatment from Tim helped a lot, but the YJs re-colonized. I got my own Wasp Freeze and that finished off the chair colony. But they found sanctuary in a little electric clock! Called Witt for advice and was told (I'd forgotten I guess) that there's a 30 day warranty. Tim returned and zapped the clock for free. Very happy the problem is solved. Good job.

UPDATE: the owner called me personally to let me know he was mortified by my experience. He holds the company at a much higher standard than what I’d experienced. They did everything they could to make it up to me and said they would be following up with the employees that had a role in the unprofessionalism previously mentioned. One of the supervisors, Brian, is so knowledgeable and kind. I also had an amazing experience with one of the technicians, Cat, who went above and beyond. This company had a few bad apples in an overall fruitful bunch and they’re taking action to fix that! I greatly appreciated the personal apology from the owner and all the steps they took to make my situation right. I’ve had two highly unsatisfactory interactions with this company, among other smaller issues, and it’s sad that they’ve tarnished the great interactions I’ve had as well. I was blatantly hit on by one employee who treated my house, and it made me highly uncomfortable that I had to leave him alone there and that he now knows where I live. He gave me his personal phone number, which at first I thought was helpful, and then he started using it inappropriately until I ignored him for long enough. The second interaction was when I was told by an employee that did my last treatment that the warranty was 6 weeks, not 60 days. I found some shells from bugs and called to have someone come look and Nicole informed me that it was 60 days, not 6 weeks. I said I understood but I said their employees should be more informed about their policies so that this situation could be prevented for future customers. She became aggravated and continued to tell me that it was my fault. I was simply asking that their employees be given the correct information and her attitude said “I don’t care, what do you want me to do about it?” Also they tried to reschedule one of my treatments without telling me and I had to call and complain until they reset it because I scheduled it around being out of town. Overall I paid a lot of money for my house to be treated and for me to be treated like I’m worthless (besides when they want to sleep with me I guess). I’d find someone else to treat my house, even if it costs more.

Zach was great! We have been customers of Witt for almost a year and this was by far our best expierence. Previous technicians came and set traps but never worked to rid our house of mice. Not Zach. I do not write reviews often, but when recognition is due I have no problem making it known. From my initial phone call to request their services, Witt's customer service has been exceptional. The asked questions and then they took the time to listen to the problem I was dealing with. They were able to schedule the first visit within 2 days of my initial call. During the first visit, Stan was thorough in his approach to diagnose the problem. Living in the city can be a bit of a challenge when it comes to pests, but he knew exactly what to look for. After setting the appropriate traps, I found that we eliminated at least one of our little problems within 2 days. Since then, I have not seen any indication of additional pests. We just had our 1 week follow up visit today, and once again our new rep Zach was incredibly helpful. He did an extensive evaluation and concluded that he didn't see any further indication of a problem. I commend both Stan and Zach for their professionalism and affable personalities. I could not think about using any other Pest Control company after my first experience with Witt. Well done.

Highly recommend for all your pest control needs! We have been using WITT for the past year with great results. The sentricon termite system resolved our termite problem within days of treatment. It’s affordable and chemical free, we got a quote from another company that would have been over double the cost with chemicals and days of digging holes around our property. We use their top care and mosquito/tic services, as well, and even though we had an issue with one of the technicians, the owner reached out to us immediately and sent a supervisor and new technician to our home to resolve the problem. Website said 24 hour service. I called on a Sunday night to get someone out same day since our location was very close. The girl that answered the phone said someone would call me back that night but I never got a call back. When I called the next morning to find out why, they had no record of the call. Since they had 5 star reviews I expected more, very disappointed. ** Thank you for your response. The fact is even the next day there was no call back. I understand it was an apartment building but I was not told about having to contact management...so poor communication. You seem like you have a good reputation and the problem has been solved.
