UPDATE: -- 9/28/2018 -- They are making it right by fixing the problem and didn't charge us, thank you Team Turf. Original review: Worst service we've had yet, the guy came out here right after a thunderstorm and started doing his thing on the grass which left ruts everywhere - unacceptable and will not pay $400 for you to rush my service where you could have waited but you destroyed my lawn just to get a quick buck. Details the guy wrote on the note said "just matted down the grass is all, will grow back" little did he know he left muddy spots all over.

They tried sneaking in a $500 treatment when I didn't ask for it, they need to have notices beforehand like an email or phone call before they do something to your lawn without your knowledge. I suggest everyone that has had their service to check their bill from TeamTurf to see if you've had anything else slipped in without your knowledge.
