They used to be great than my normal guy is no longer with them. He would listen to where I was having issues and bait/spray accordingly. New guy will literally walk in and do the kitchen only claiming that all the pests will come down to the kitchen. Such utter BS. I bought 8.00 worth of glue traps for the mice and collected 12 the first night because they aren’t all in the kitchen. I will be getting quotes from other pest control companies that won’t partially treat and actually care about the issues being resolved not how to keep having a once a month bill with little to no results.

Great guy to work with! Services our rental property quarterly as preventative - gives us a call to remind us before which we appreciate (but also would give us the chance to tell him not to come if we didn’t want him to). Prices are very reasonable and tenants are happy with no pest problems. Initially he took care of a really horrible cockroach infestation due to a tenant trashing a unit. He never “upsells” and Always gives an honest opinion on the services we really NEED which is nice compared to most companies. Great guy!
