We’ve been using them for 9 months now and their great. Every time I call for something they respond within a day. Very thorough and explains everything that their doing. They also now service my parents house and neighbors. Only issue their billing is confusing sometimes but overall great.

We recently had a carpenter bee problem and when I reached out, they were able to make an appointment around my schedule. In one application, the bees are gone and we are using our front porch again! While there, they took the initiative to check the rest of the house for any additional problems. Will definitely use again!

Resolution pest is super attentive, easy to get ahold of at any time! We have had various pest issues (stink bugs, mice, lady bugs, fruit flies to name a few...) all solved. I have their quarterly service and someone comes out any time I need something sprayed or looked at. And they all have great attitudes and are easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Resolution Pest is thebomb.com! They service my commercial kitchen and we have never had a problem. I decided to have them check out my home as I had a huge mice issue last winter. They explained everything and I signed up for a yearly plan. Great service, thorough explanations and results that make me happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

John, services our home semi-annually and we are very pleased with his services. Our house was vacant for about 2 years before we bought it and there were plenty of bugs and spiders living in here. That is no longer the case

The owner of the company is a nice guy and came to the house to do an initial evaluation. After that the service stopped and no one followed up with the rest of the initial service. I had paid for the service and called back to voice my concerns. I then decided to cancel the contract and they were to return my check. Yesterday I found out they cashed it instead. This is probably the first review I have ever written downgrading a service company but I do not like to be lied to. They can keep the check but I will be telling everyone to avoid this company in the future. Terribly mismanaged despite the owner being a nice guy. need to clean their act up ASAP.

They did a termite treatment for us where we had significant activity and damage. They did the treatment last yr for us and haven’t seen anything since than. They also referred us to a carpenter that did the repair work which turned out good. We have since started using their quarterly pest service as well.

We called them because we were having a major termite issue. They were able to come out the next day came up with a treatment solution and treated the same week. Haven’t had an issue since and it’s been 4 month they followed up with an inspection things look good. The three guys that have been out have all been professional and on-time. We’ve since used them for a bee problem as well.

We had them do a whole house treatment- not one ant or spider anymore. Were so please that we had them back to do a mosquitoe treatment in our yard. Mosquitoe free! No bites. Highly recommend. Easy to work with, very clean.

I purchased 4 treatments for around $100 In 2018. They never told me when they were coming. Just sent me an invoice and said they were there. On July 9th I received an invoice for $104.94 for a treatment. I have called twice now stating that I did not request the service and wouldn't be paying for it. I also emailed them. UPDATE, they called back and credited my account

This company is only interested in selling yearly services and has real clowns working for them especially one technician named Steve who doesn't show up for his appointments, doesn't let you know when he is running late and has a terrible attitude with customers. He also argues with customers and isn't interested in helping with the problem or answering your questions but simply selling yearly services. I would not recommend this company AT ALL. At times they only have "one technician" on call and if you want to speak to more than one person, you can't and you can only get this one person who is terrible at their job and horrible with working with the customer. They also don't take initiative with scheduling follow up appointments even though you've paid for a month long service.

I called them through Angie’s list for a problem I was freaking out about they were able to get out the same day. Haven’t seen the ants or the flying ants since then. Their prices were really reasonable for annual coverage.
